received numerous phone calls from this number, guy or guys i talked to really extremely rude. Told me to shut the f*** up, we will see you in f****** court!

i get the call also from same nuber ten times a day at least threating to take me to court over a bank loan i do not have.

Getting aggravated by numerous calls saming i owe on a bank loan which i do not have how could i with no job or steady income. the guys are very rude threating to take me to court.

The calls started about 2 months ago, could not understand the first person.  He put someone else on the phone, I could make out a few words.  Being sued wanted my attoney's name.  Thought it was funny that i did not know what they were talking about, said to expect a supena on my desk at work.  That call was at work.  Then about 3 weeks later calls started on cell and at work caller ID said 000-000-0000. They left a phone number that was in California but no record of it when I did searches.  933-5402, I don't have that area code any more.  I told him the cell was not my number and answered the phone at work and said I did not work there anymore.  That did not stop them, they had my whole ssn and left it on my cell voice mail.  My boss answered my cell after about a week or two of 5-10 calls a day and told them he just got the number, did not know who I was and to not call again.  They stopped.  During all this a friend of mine got a call saying I used him for a reference on a loan that I committed fraud on.  How they got my friends name and number really scares me.  That was a couple weeks ago, now I have Micheal Scott calling just like the rest heavy Indian accent.  His number is 717-447-3112, he says he is from financial crimes investigation.  He still has not spoke to me and known it was me.  I told him the cell number was not mine and he called work right away.  I told him I was not in.  Here's how stupid they are, he has continued to call my cell but has not called my work where i said I worked but was not in.  Anyway anything I can do to help lock these jerks up, I'm game.

A man with a heavy Indian accent has been calling me for 2 days and leaving messages... yelling... talking about my SS#... telling me I need to call back or I will "face the consequences."  It is quite disturning and I am rather hesitent to even call back because of the tone in his voice.  I sincerely doubt that his name is "Michael Scott."  This is crazy!  Now I'm worried that he will call my work (school) or my friends/family.

For the past couple weeks I have recieved a call on my cell phone from a man that did not speak English he was indian and he said his name was David Montie obviosly not his name.He called a few weeks ago left my full SS# on my recording but when he calls he cant even get my name right.He is very rude saying the police will be at my door step before 4 o'clock today.I told him that I would get my Attorney to call him he said no we need to resolve this matter ourselves.When he left a message today I called him back of coarse he didnt answer so I left the cell number again but he called the house phone which is not in my name and never has been given out its not listed in the phone and I never remember the number.He keeps saying I took a loan out at Cash At Once on Sept. 2009 but when I ask for the direct number they said no you have to speak to me.They say I got this loan I have no checking account and in September I was out of work.No JOB how did I get a loan when I have no checking and no job I am going to follow up on catching these A-- H----.They F--- with the wrong person!!!!!!

717-447-3112 has been calling my house telling me I took out a loan for $382.00...really...He was very rude and hung up the phone on me when I called his bluff telling him he was a scam artist and the name he left on the message was Marcus Gordon - when I returned the call the man that answered the phone had a very heavy accent and claimed that he was Marcus Gordons supervisor.....When I asked him where I took the loan out he said it didnt matter I advised him it did matter he hung up on me when I called back from another number he answered again and then claimed he was Marcus Gordon when I a advised him that I had just spoken with him and he said he was his supervsior??? WHATEVER...People be very wary of this number and person TOTAL SCAM

Relieved to know I am not the only one getting these calls. They knew my name, but when I asked them to spell my last name they didn't even know how to pronounce the letters.  Not happy about this.

These guys are crafty yet stupid. Really?!?!? your name is Michael Scott? you can hardly pronounce it!, maybe you should stick with your real name; it would have been much more believable. If your name is Michael Scott than my name is Mickey Mouse... That was my first clue. Secondly, "Financial Crimes Investigation" what a name for a company, sounds more like a department, but no I was informed that this is the name of the "company"; fishy... Third, if I am trying to settle a debt with someone I will pay THEM not some random person that calls me out of the blue about a loan that I never took out...

FYI to all posters, your name and contact info ie. cell#, email and home address are pretty much common knowledge on the internet so don't get suckered in just because they have this.

I reported these idiots to a government agency. Hopefully they all end up in jail.

I have received several callse from different people at different number the latest is this Michael Scott. They all have the samething in common, can barely speak english & get flustered when you make them think. Calling from the Federal Crime Investigation please, maybe if you could actually pronounce it properly I might believe you. One other thing, the federal government does not make phone calls, they show up at your door, my friend had that happen, said it was the scarest thing, but they never called to say they were suing him, they just showed up & said we need to talk.

I think what happens, if you take out a payday loan, or, someone uses you as a reference on a payday loan, those companies sell the list of names, & then these morons buy & start calling to see if they can scare people into paying them, unfortunately people do pay & that is why they continue to call, hoping you'll get so frustrated you'll pay them to shut them up. Also they are calling from overseas, so there is nothing legally you can do, I know, I've checked. Don't pay them a cent

They pretty much are trying to intimidate people making them think that they have provided false information in order to get a loan and they are going to take you to court or they tell you they will stop any legal actions if you go ahead and make a settlement payment of the supposedly loan you took. Ofcourse, you only know whether you have had any loans or not, so in this case if you did not get a loan, you will not fall for this gimmick but if you maybe have an online loan that you owe or something, you may fall for this scammers thinking you are paying off your debt but in reality you will be paying for nothing, you will pretty much be giving out your  money to god knows who this "Indian" people may be.... Only because I tried to apply for an oline loan which I never got since I never actually accepted the terms, I'm being harrassed by these people 717-447-3112. One thing for every one to know is that when you do submitt for a loan application to see if you are approved, they will always ask for your personal Information such as SS#, Address, Name, And Bank Account number.... And most of the times if not always, your application goes to multiple "So called Payday Loan/Advance" Sites so I'm sure one of the many sites is a false site....... Please don't fall for it....

i got a very rude and treatening call today two calls matter of fact from this man who says his name was micheal scott. telling me there is a legal complaint against my name and i needed to call back imediately or i would have  to face legal conseqencens .telling me  there would be two officers at my door today at 5:00  i could bearly understand him today. he didnt even know my last name he asked me for it.told me i owed 3,000 dollars. did not even geta loan from anyone husbands on unemployment.my husband tryed to call them today to get a case number they would not talk to him passed him back and fort to different people.he coudn"t hardly understand them.they hung up on him.i have been told i could call the fbi and i did.please this has got to be stopped!!  we dont owe anything we do have the proof. im am being arrassed by these people!!  jan 11 2011

I too am getting calls, first they called from anotehr number now this one, I lknow it is a scammer and I have never taken a loan as you all but it was still very scary knowing someone had my personal info. I changed direct deposit and everything, even got my credit report, I was so scared my identity would be taken or they would take my money somehow since they ahd all my personal info. Very disturbing, and like the other person said, they couldnt even give me original documentation to prove anything, total scam. dont fall for it

i got a phone call today my mother answered it after the 2nd time and on the 3rd time he said he was officer micheal and he needed to talk to me asap b/c i owed someone some money and they were goin to take me to court i ask him to not call back here two or three times and then she hung up, then he turned around and called right back and they got into a argument he got loud with her and then she hung up and he called right back and only let it ring once. then i called them and they could not tell me nothing over the phone so i new right then it was a scam... please people do not pay this man no money

They called my husband we didn't know who they were, they wanted my name I only asked for their name once and got hung up on.  I called back asked again they told me.  Said we had a loan with them.  When I inquired about the social security number on the loan, Mr Scott said it was blacked out.  I Told him my attorney would call on our behalf.  Mr Scott told me to never call him again.  I will have our attorney contact them regardless.  He said he couln't understand me, what his english was so broken and I said you are joking right.  He demanded payment asap.  I hung up asap.

This caller has been harassing my friend. I reported the number to the FBI tips crimes/terrorism sector. I recommend that people who receive a call/harassment from this number report it to the police as well as to a government agency. The more people who report them, the more likely it will be that they will be taken down.
