It's fraud.  They call and leave the same message every time.  They claim that you are being investigated and have a warrant for your arrest.  They say that if you give them $$, they'll resolve it.   Also call from other numbers/area codes (CA, CO, PA) with the same message.  Sometimes they claim they're an officer, other times a law office.  Had last 4 digits of my SS, place of employment, and bank.  Called the local police department and reported it.
