Calls repeatedly.  Hangs up

Person with a heavy accent that had name of a resident and Make and Model Year of a vehicle owned by resident.  Caller hung up soon after he was asked a question about the vehicle he was inquiring about.  A return call of the number provided a non-descriptive recording stating business hours were 7-4PM, Pacific Time.  This area code comes up as a place in the Eastern Time Zone, which means that this is likely a proxy number and not really from the "Hanover PA" as it shows on Caller ID.

Received a call from 717-524-1866 on 12/26/13 in the evening. I didn't recognize the number as someone I know so I didn't answer. No message was left.  Our phone number is a no call list number. The call and its origination are suspicious.

Called them back and got the 7am-4pm PT message.  

They've called back a few times and it always the same thing.  Every person has an Indian accent.  The most recent call identified them as the "Vehicle Processing Center" (official sounding BS name).  The operator said that that they wanted to sell what amounted to an extended vehicle warranty.  .  The operator was somewhat professional in his attempt to phish for information in regards to vehicles, but did say that he did not have the "model" information provided to him from the "marketing department", he did want to know the mileage.  

When he got frustrated about my lack of answers, he said he would pass me onto a supervisor....  of course the next thing I heard was a dial tone.  

They've allied numerous times, when I return call no answer, just message stating hours of operation

They called and told me the warranty on my vehicle has expired.  They knew the make and model.  Then he asked me to hold for a supervisor.  She explained to me she was trying to extend my coverage as long as there were no problems with the vehicle then the call ended.

The number showed on my caller ID as unknown name. When calling the number back it indicates the office is closed. I am also on the no call list.

My mom got a call from them looking for my dead step-father. He died over a year ago. Said they were from the legal department?? My mom did not give out any info and they hung up on her.

I'm tired of this number calling my phone!  They call everyday sometimes more than once and when I call back their office is always closed!  Make them stop calling me!

Received call last night @ 7:00 pm, I did not answer. The caller did not leave a message.

DEFINITELY JUNK CALL ON MY CELL !!!   Strong accent (Asian, I think)  Called about my extended warranty (THAT I DON'T HAVE) on my vehicle.  Had specific YR, Make, & Model - hung up after I started screaming at them.   An important note:  I cannot ever recall receiving a junk call on my cell phone before - just about 2 wks ago I signed my cell phone up for federal DO NOT CALL list (the dot gov site) . . .  so I have to assume this does nothing but expose my cell phone number !!!!!!

THANKS DONOTCALL.GOV - what a joke !!!!!!!!!!!  This may also explain a junk text I received (first one ever) just last night !!!!     My thoughts - do not ever use the DONOTCALL.GOV site !!!!

I also have received numerous calls from cell # 717-524-1866; they are relentless!!  Most calls from a male, with a thick accent who is very difficult to understand, stating he is from the "vehicle processing center."  He knew the make & model of my car but wanted to know the year & mileage; became agitated & hung up when questioned.  Even tried to tell me my insurance company contracted with their company.  Today I received a call from a female with the same thick accent; I believe the phone was handed to her when I answered because there was a delay with a lot of background noise before she started to talk. As usual, she hung up when I started asking questions.  Each call seems to be more desperate!  By the way, I never had any of these types of calls until I added my number to the DONOTCALL.GOV site earlier this month!

Calls me every single day at 6:45pm.

Person with a heavy accent speaks real fast. When I said I wasn't interested, they hung up before I said everything.

This number called me today and I picked up and it sounded like no one was on the other end.. just about 5 other people saying "hello, hello, HELLO!" and no one was on the other end of these "hello" messages. Strange.  Im afraid to call back bc I wont want them to give me a virus or anything... Tired of all these crap calls on my cell and house!!!! Please make them ALL go away!!!

Have received numerous calls from asking for information about my car. They knew the make and and year of it. When I started questioning them they hung up

Received a call from 717-524-1866 on Thursday at 1:33pm. When I answered the phone, there was a 15 second delay and when the man answered He said "hello" and immediately I could tell he had a foreign accent. The I replied with a "Hello, who is this" and he hung up. I did not and will not give a call back, but it is very suspicious the way they conducted themselves. When I did a reverse look-up, the system said that the call was originated from Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Just called and there were about 10 other people on the line, as if the line was crossed. Everyone saying hello and you called me. There was also a beeping in the background. Very weird!
