This is the Peerless Collection Agency in Middletown, PA. They are very rude.

This company is aweful they called my 12 yr old sons cellphone and I told them it was the wrong number then it all went down hill.

I admit that I do owe the bill, but I will pay immediately, and I refuse to br intimitated. They will wish they never messed with me.
I called them repeatedly about 100 times. Eventually they kept switching phones numbers, but I found a new one the next day, after the others were blocked.
Advice-Keep bugging them back.

They call my cell phone 3 in the morning leaving messages to call them back. I'm saving the messages and will report them.

I have recieved several calls from this number on my cell phone they are extremly rude!!!! I asked who was calling they said Joe and i asked what company he was from he told me that was none of my buisness and all i need to know is that he is calling from Middletown PA...How dare you call my phone and talk to me like that...

These people are the rudest people I have ever spoken to.Yes, I owe a bill but do not need to be talked to like this by anyone.

Received a call from a Richard at Peerless. I told the rep I don't give credit or bank info over the phone. I asked for a statement to be sent to me. He accused me of being a deadbeat. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Richard put me on hold and then pretended to be the supervisor. Richard threatened me with financial ruin and never to be treated by a physician in my town again. Richard hung up on me. I called back and he threatened me with police action for harassment.

All I want is to pay the money I owe.

Very rude, and unprofessional. Left messages on my home phone, and when I called back they would not reveal who they were or what company they worked for. When asked they were resistant and continued to ask for my information to be able to 'help' me. Please do not call my home ever again.

Extremely rude, hung up after asking questions. Obviously they have a problem with discussing any matters. What kind of service is this? They had no information provided and did not share who they were and demanded payment. I had a msg from an "Albert Smith" with no details on why he was calling but to call him back at this number. He never wanted to hear my side of the story, not realizing there was still a debt owed over an insurance dispute that is not my responsibility. Very unprofessional and degrading!

These gentlemen were extremely rude, and have been calling my phone nearly everyday. I called back and got through twice, and both times the men were rude, and said they didnt even have my name, or number on file, and didnt know why they were calling me.

They call 24/7 and are very rude when they speak to you.

My wife and I both had frustrating conversations with these jerks.  Joe, or so he says that's his name, proclaimed that he spoke with "Norman" at my phone number.  I said that was impossible, but he merely said in a rude manner that he did in fact speak to someone named Norman.  I told him he was nuts!  Because they are!!!!

So after I googled and found out the company name, I emailed them from their site and told them what I thought, and that I was going to contact my congressman and senator...so I did.

They are very rude an i dont dont know  who they are or what they want but they wont stop calling

these people called my family and wouldnt believe them when they said i moved out....i live so far away from home now and they still bug my parents, but the kicker is that i turned off my cell perm. because they were calling it and my bf's phones, how they found me i dont know. they are rude and tell me how if i dnt comply they "will ruin my life". bring it on!! what are they really gunna do??!! they need to realize they cant do this to people

I received a called on my cell phone from someone called Craig James.  He was rude and spoke in a very degrading voice.  Who does business this way and why would any reputable company use them unless they approve of their tactics.

I had a message left from this number and did not know who was calling.  There was only a name and number in the message.  I discovered this company is not able to leave details on an answering machine.  I called and got the details but had to confirm my identity.  So many privacy laws these days.  I identified myself, got the details about the account, and was able to work out a repayment.  I thought they were very fair and professional.  I had a very different experience.
