I received a call from this number and no message and when i call the number back it is a error message

I believe that this number may be owned by the police or a governmental agency

Same as jase77. Missed a call from them, when I called back it said, "your call cannot be completed as dialed..."

Your evidence for a such a statement?

The number is officially identified as "not in use." However we know that it is in fact in use since we received a call. Without explanation I gave the number to an associate of mine for tracking purposes. The associate traced the number to a former NSA operative, last name Snowden. All of us including my associate know that this is unlikely. (Just as it is unlikely that my name is 007.) I am posting here because it is obvious that all of us that have received a call from this number have worked for or are working for the same agency. Please update this site with information as it comes forward...

My associate checked the signature stamp on the call. It was 3.75 seconds with the expected conflict between the initial and final Mv712 code. I am confused by the generic posts the rest of you have left as well as your silence since your last posts. Are you afraid? There is nothing we can do now but sit back and wait.

Got a call from this #- it was a pre-recorded message in Spanish.  Turned in the call to the FCC, as I am on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST. The reports made by callers on the FCC report board get handled promptly and calls from the # quit.

That what I believe also because I have a friend that was booked in jail, 10 minutes or so after this I saw that number as a missed call

I started receiving calls from this number several days ago, but the number has a + in front of the number. I don't answer calls on that phone that I don't know, so I do not know anything about the caller. I assume it is a prank caller or a telemarketer.  The + has me puzzled. Is anyone else getting a call from this number with a plus (+) in front of it? Does anyone know what kind of phome number that is? I will report it to Do Not Call, maybe they know who this number belongs to.

I got a call from this number 2 rings. I think it might be a hack  that infulltrats the eleltronic world but I guessing wildly

just got a call from this number 11:06am mt may 1. When I answered, it was apparently in the middle of a  recording speaking in Spanish

I got this number logged as a miss call. I Never heard the ring. Location read New York

Got a missed call from this number also but the weird thing is it said the location was Russia on my phone.

I too got a call from this number with the + in front of the number.Also I noticed that there was no separating - marks to separate the numbers and also it said the location of the call was from Russia. Now that is weird.

On my phone also it has + in front of number and it says russia too

I just received a call from this number - mine showed NY as the location.  I answered it on the first ring (company phone) and the call was already gone

I received a call from this number and the caller ID says Russia.  

Received a call from this number at 1750 MST, 06/05/14. No message. Called the number back, rang 14 times & I hung up. I've now blocked the number.

MY son and I boh received a call from this number on different cell phones a couple days apart.
