got a call, no message. What is this about?

Telemarketer - wanted to sell me international long distance service

Calls and hangs up.

Got a call from that number as well and hung up before I could pick up.  It has a + in front of the number, so I though it was international.  Weird.  I would not call back - could get charged for it.  Maybe that's the scam.

I have some their calls. I recall and sistem sayed, what I have wait free assistant. :(

Every day i'm getting a call from this number and no message

If you call them back and ask them to remove your number they never do.
It's "pulse telecom", or something like that, cant really hear what they say because the line is very bad.

Wow incredible [***]! First off by law no one can call you after 9PM from any commercial companies. They called 9:07PM and started busting my chops. I asked for my number to be removed, the rep told me they would. Next day 8AM they called again. Again, I asked to be removed. Then at 5PM same deal. I have 7 fax machines at work. I dialed their number from every single one of them and set it to redial 4 times each. 

If they call again, I will print my phone bill, make a police report and take them to consumer affairs for calling after 9PM.

I know exactly whos number this is, it belongs to megafon cell phone company in Moscow, Russia, they use peoples cell numbers to try to get through to you either as a collect call thing, so if you know who im talking about you  know why you were called, or they use it to scam people.

I keep getting calls, but they never leave a message, so it's probably a telemarketer. I called them back & it said it was an international call & couldn't be completed as dialed.

Guys, no real telemarketer agent will hang up the phone when he'll reach a potential customer. The TM agent gets paid based on the number of new customers. C'mon! Are you kidding me?
He'll try to sell you his company's services, so he will be very polite, he's gonna introduce himself and he will speak clear. I worked for Avon 3 years ago and I know what I'm talking about.

About the people from Pulse Telecom: I'm their customer and nothing is wrong with this company. They call me every 2-3 months to let me know their new rates and plans or to remind me to pay my bills in order to avoid late fees cuz I always forget the due date.
