this no appear on my caller ID few times. No message, no voice mail. It is rear.

Who is this number -  (718) 218-5936.
They called and hung up in the middle of my answering voice message.

It's a customer care number.? who's I have no idea

Call ID said "V906104047", and they left no message.

Caller demanded to speak to who is in charge of electric bill.



When I told him I am on the national do not call list, he replied OK I will put you on the list. When I told him I AM ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST ALREADY AND YOU ARE VIOLATING IT NOW BY CALLING ME  he bang down the phone on me!

Said he was from HIKO Energy

Called and hang up upon hearing our voice.

Answered phone.  Nobody on line....no message

This number is to some electric supply company who do not take no or click for an answer.

well maybe you shouldnt have yelled at the representive & they wouldnt of hung up in your face. Everybody has their own Do Not Call List, offiously your number wasnt on their Do Not Call List because your number poped up on their phone list. Try being polite and asking nicely instead of being a jack ass!
