he called, asked for spouse, claimed from eastern service vision plan, found lost checks.  i disagreed, he hung up.

They called to my cell phone. I didn't answer.

They called my home, left a message on my machine specifically for me and said they had "located lost assets" for me.  On the message they said that "Finders Keepers" was with the Comptrollers Office in the State of NY.  Sounded like a fishy name for a state agency to me. . .  not calling back.

"Debra" Left a very unenthusiastic message that Finders Keepers found lost money for me. When something sounds too good to be true,,,,, it is. I’m not calling back.

Called and did NOT leave message...name came up as "Neil Fox"

called left message that found $ owed me in HSBC savings account. If I want it to call them.

someone name neil fox called  and said that thay had money that my father left in an account  and want to know my address. i hung up  then looked up the name and number !!! and saw all the other posting .... for real to good to be true.

They did 2 claims for me and I was very happy they even paid for the overnight shipping of the check to me!!!!

Same exact thing happened to me.  The person on the other end said it was Citibank regarding money left in an acct owned by my deceased father.  However, my caller id showed a "Neil Fox".  If you are going to run a scam at least be smart about it!

got a call from Debra at Finders Keepers at this number today.  guess what she said??? she has lost assets from an old stock account of mine.  don't know how she knew I once owned stock in this certain company, but that info was pretty obscure. she offered to send me a form in the mail...and she knew my address.  perhaps she was just confirming my current address.
in any event, I'm glad i googled this number....

If one is owed money by a public or private entity, the one owing can surrender the money's, and a brief statement on whom and what it's owed to the State comptrollers office. It goes on state comptrollers database, Anybody can look at for free.

Caller said she found a "tax refund" for me, jokes on Her (Debra) The state has been keeping my tax returns for College loans. I get the receipts.

Woman called stating that my daughter has money coming to her from the State.  That for sure it was over $50, (because I asked this question)...I told her my daughter doesn't live here anymore.  She said she would send me a form to have her fill out.  I told her to send it to my address and she did.  I noted the form has to be notarized.  Now what?  Is this a scam.  Because if it is, my daughter or anyone for that matter, can't afford to be ripped off.  Number was 718-363-0588

I got a call from  Debra  she left a  message stating she has a refund for me and she needs to verify some information. Being cautious so I decided to google the company and I came across this page-truly happy because this page saved me from this scam.

I received a call today from Debra as well but all said and done she changed her mind and said there was nothing there and that it had already been claimed but at first she said she wanted to send me some forms to fill out.

Debra from Citi Mortgage called me this morning that I owe them escrow on my mortgage. When I asked her for a call back number, she provided this local, non toll-free number (suspicious!). A prompt search for the number on Google, directed me to this to this conversation.

She sad I have money in chase and I have to claim.I sad I have no chase account. She hang up.

Got the same call from Debra at same number informing me I had "lost assets" at JPMorgan. I went to the NY State Comptroller web site and confirmed that I did indeed have unclaimed funds in an abandoned account at JPMorgan. I used the instructions on the website to reclaim the funds. Turns out my daughter also came up as having an abandoned account from college that was a security balance owed her as well as my deceased father who was owed some funds from Chase when he refinanced a mortgage. I don't think its a scam, they probably work on a fee or percentage of the recovered amount. However, you can do the reclaiming very simply on your own without an outside agency.

I used them now to collect funds in the Estate of my Aunt who I was the Executor.

Problem I live in Washington and the Surrogates is in Long Island.

They went to Suffolk NY and did all the filings and I got 52K in AT&T stock and spin offs.

I used them for the third time in 5 years and each time they were honest and always delivered what the say,

They found money in the State of DE which I never lived in. It was old stock in Time Warner which split and became many little pieces of other Spin offs such as MTV etc.

I used them 3 months ago and just got the check this week for $12k some ole stock of which I was a Trustee of an Estate for an Aunt. I was Trustee Under the Will and my lawyer wanted a retainer plus. They did it and even gave me a better deal since I used them before.

If you have a life let them handle your claim
