they left a voicemail message,  this is not the IRS since the caller id is 718  the numbers that the IRS uses are 800 or  888

IRS scammers asking for an address & threatening that an arrest warrant ha been issued.

My wife received and aggressive and threatening phone call by somebody who claim to be an IRS agent, they tell her that they send the police to arrest her at her office, she thought that somebody stole her identification and committed some frauds and that she will be arrested, as result she had a heart attack and she is at the hospital. I really hope that all these people burn in hell some day

I received a call from this number. The guy identified himself as Doug Miller. He said threat me in send the police to arrest me in my home.
He and a very strong accent and he said that all the conversation should NOT be share by a third party or anyone else. He didn't verified any information as a real federal department would do.
Before he proceeded, I mentioned that the call sounded like a scam and he hung up.
