Who are you and what complaints do you have against me?

A man with a very thick accent called from this number claiming to be a lawyer named Jason White.I told him legally he couldn't call me once I requested to only be contacted in writting and he became very rude and cursed at me.I said I'll report the number to the FTC and he said "yeah whatever,we'll just keep calling."I blocked the number on my phone and now he calls from different out of state numbers.Everytime with a different name but the same heavy accent.

Someone called claiming to be from American Legal Services with a heavy Indian accent, claimed that a case had been filed against me. I was required to call or I would bear all the legal consequences and my SSN would be blacklisted.

Same as above.  Thick accent.  This is the third type of call I have received in the past month.  The last one said that he was "Officer" such and such.  When I asked him what Department gave him his authority to be an Officer of the Law, he hung up on me.  The one from this number wouldn't even give me the name of his own law firm.  It's getting to where I am starting to enjoy these calls.  It's sharpening up my reasoning skills.  I think that the next time that they call me, I'll try to get money from them in a counter-suit!  LOL  These guys are bogus, and I am sure that there are some suckers out there that fall for it and send them 3000 dollars for a 300 dollar loan that they never received!

I've been receiving numerous calls from the number posted with an indian accent claiming to be from American Legal Services and it needs to be stopped cause I do not owe them anything and someone needs to find out how to stop these scammers and make them pay for their harrasment. It's ashame we have to live in this day and time and to have people call us with such BS............ I hope all the scammers be put to a stop one day.

I have received 3-4 calls (2 from 607 area code and 1 from 718 area code) All three "reps" have a thick indian accent and wanted my lawyers info..I asked him why I need a lawyer, he stated Im being sued for financial fraud...I laughed and said "ur kidding me right, what are you REALLy calling about?" He insisted and read me off his so called badge #. He read me my address, workplace, SSN and bank info...He stated I took out a loan online for $300 and never paid it back. This loan was taken out about 2 months ago. Then about 1 month after, these phoney calls began. Lord help this company if they take out one cent from my bank account or contact my job. Then he said "oh i see a payment from 2 weeks ago. I replied "So whats the problem ?? I told him since this was so urgent as he stated, I want all of this in writing, I dont discuss this type of thing over the phone. He hung up and I called him back. He had to have been reading the prompts on the screen cuz he sounded like a robot and didnt address any questions....I told him never to call me again and Ill be looking for that subpeona in the mail...

took out an online loan 3yrs ago paid it in full and still have been getting phone calls saying we owe money. every number that calls its a different price they say we owe. we keep telling them we have the paper that says its paid. this guy (with a thick accent) gets very rude and starts swearing telling us we're going to be sued. we say go ahead and try because its been paid. he continues to keep calling us, as well as others, no matter what we tell them. when we ask for their address so we can send them a copy of the paper he gets mad and hangs up. its getting really irritating because they wont stop and we dont know how to get them to stop! i want to know if we can get them for harrassment? from now on when they call gonna tell them they owe me money for my phone bill and having to listen to their unnecassary bs!

this man fom this #has called me and my job serval times today and itsbeen going on for about a week. im only 20 so duh this called scared me shitless but after doin my background work on this i will just make a report to the police station and watch what happens...the mans name was Alex Rogers

This man from this # just called me tonight and stated that I was being sued by some company that I have never heard of. He told me that I took out an online pay day loan in Oct. for $500 and never paid it back, crazy since I took out a loan a few weeks ago for $300 and it was repaid the other day. then I checked my bank account and no where does it show a loan for $500. The man was very rude and told me that he was going to be filing paper work to the court house tomorrow morning and would have me in jail during the holidays. I asked the man that called him self "Alex Rogers" to send me the paper work in the mail about this problem since he has my name, SSN, bank account info and address and he said that I owe $3,000 and would be in jail till that money was paid but wouldn't give me any information about this. When I asked him how much i owe he said that he doesn't want my money that he just wants to see cyber fraud people like me in jail. Look up these people they are scam artist and want your money.

He called me several times at work claiming to be law firm needing my address and banking information because  I was going to be supoened.   I had a co-worker take one of the calls and when she said "I cannot understand you, please tell me what country you are calling from?", he said "New York"......... I wish I knew how to block calls on my cell.
