    Crooks! Chinese speaking telemarketers. Calling about "AT&T $100 credit" or "$29.99 bill deduction" or "calling plan 28% discount". Asking last 4 digit of your SSN and Zip code. They changed your password of your ATT account, and ordered a new phone using your account, and tried to ship it to a different address. Be careful, never give your SSN & zip over the phone! AT&T wouldn't call you & ask these info! Report to police!
