Carol Slotkin, (718) 793-9537, 7536 Grand Central Pkwy, Forest Hills, NY 11375-7442 called me 5/27/2010 about going to the website nsoverview.com to learn about the Nu Skin company to become a multi-level marketing person.

NOT for me! - been scammed already, thank you!  Made me wonder: Why would an international company on the stock exchange with US$1.3 billion in sales last year be interested in my sales efforts?

I just got a message too: from that very name & number, leaving an 888# for a call back...8:30PM is not a time for a legitimate let's-set-up-a time to- interview-you-for-a-job business call.. is it?

@Chris- are you looking for a job? They may have gotten your contact information from any # of job websites. I signed up for Resume Rabbit (and many others) and this is the second time in less than a month I've gotten an odd phone call about a 'job' or 'interesting project'.. I get suspicious up front if the caller dodges the basic "what is the name of your company/how did you get my resume/ kind of questions.

And if the company is unfamiliar, I check them out online before calling back.

I just received her message. Do yourself a favor, don't call her back. I recently posted my resume on 5 or 6 job sites. These people are slime of the earth and take advantage of good hardworking people trying to find legit jobs! I also have gotten phone calls and emails from tons of insurance companies and start your own francise, but that's another story.

Job sites now a days are just fuel for scammers.

    Carol Slotkin is a B****!

I got called today from her; sounds professional and all, but I am no longer self-employed and am looking to be removed from any lists who might have my number. I looked her number up first; found this, and am not calling her back. Thanks for being here!

Just received a voice-mail from "Ms. Sulkin." She addressed me only by my first name and alluded to some obscure subject that recently came across her desk. She indicated that she needed to talk to me about this matter and requested I return her call and was looking forward to our discussion.

I received this on my cell phone and normally don't answer whenI don't recognized the number. I listened closely to her voice-mail and since it was so obscure and nebulas I became instantly suspicious of its intent.

If a caller can't tell you what they are calling about, then it is not of great importance to you, but rather important to them.

I never called back, so i will never really know who or what this is about; A risk I am willing to take.

Juzt got a call from this number. Message sounds professional except for the time of the call and the urgency with which she wanted me to call back. I called a different # she left but there was no dial tone. Thanks for all the postings. I got suspicious and looked up the number. Since posting a resume on Resume Rabbit I have been flooded with scammers and crazy numbers which call me many times a day.

I received the same phone call from this number. Unfortunately I did pick up and spoke to Carol from more than five minutes, in which I found her very well spoken and articulate. I was suspicious at first, but I wanted to hear more, so I kept on asking her questions, such as: Why do you consider me for a sales/marketing opportunity when I have a background in education? She kept dodging the question and answered in very general terms. Soon, i realized it was all a scam. It frustrates me that there are people out there who by my definition and I am certain by many definitions would be considered as parasites who want to live on and take advantage of honest hardworking people. The authorities must indeed get involved in this matter and prevent these b...suckers to exist. Watch out my fellow citizens from scammers and thieves!
