Getting annoying calls from this number

My friend in Brazil calls me and one time the caller ID showed this number 719-466-4354  and it was her! totally strange.  it never happened again. not sure what that was all about.

I recieved a call from this number719-466-4354 and 719-466-4248  today at my job and on my cell phone it is the same people that r calling from 315-294-9470 saying that i barrowed money from a pay day company and never paid the money back it is a scam dont give them any information. They are using the names John Myers and John Green they have a thick accent can hardle understand them. They want you to fax them a letter give permission to debit your account or credit card etc. Have told them not to call me anymore. If anyone knows what or how to handle this or who to call let someone know thank you. This is very upsetting and fustrating. Thank you
