    This company continues to call claiming that I have a debit that needs to be paid within 3 days or they will sue. As I only have one negative item on my Credit Report and not even in the State of Colorado, I know this to be a scam. I requested they mail me a statement and they refuse. After doing some digging I have found many others in a similar situation as myself.

    About a week ago I filed a police report and contacted the State's Attorney's office in hopes of hanging these scammers out to dry.
