Its Comcast

Calls abouth a cable adapter I need to return. Explaind that I don't have nor ever needed an adapter. I requested proof of delivery/package signature. Representative said they would communicate request to Comcast shipping.

I just got a call from them about returning equipment. It's Comcast. I was honest with them and the guy got all pissy and hung up. It was precious.

Dead air when I answer - they don't say anything - UGH

Comcast contracted with a provider to recover their cable equipment. We returned 2 days ago; apparently they haven't informed them yet.  Robo call, no person on the line.

I returned everything - all equipment - to Comcast Xfinity yesterday - have a printed receipt - and today received a voicemail from these people telling me I need to call them. I called back but they're closed. I have a receipt for all returned equipment and will take them to court if they pursue the matter further. THIS is why we will never subscribe to Comcast/Xfinity again.
