company called and left message to call back on this number stating he is with the Law and Investgations Department and he can not help me much longer if I don't get in touch with him. Had an Indian accent. Not sure why he would be calling me.

I also got a call from this number stating that his name is Robert Butner. The guy sounded like a foreigner and left a call back # of 720-310-1232.

Our company received a call from this number asking to speak to one of our employees.  Caller called back three times, all three times we stated this person cannot receive personal phone calls.  Call disconnected, caller called back a fourth time and began using vulgar language and calling names.  We called back asking to have our number removed from their call list or we would contact our attorneys.

so is this a scam u think but he knows all info about a person r we sure its not like id theft or something this person or company needsto stop

I recieved a call from this number and I have no idea who they are, they said they are from Law and Investgations Department.  They call on a different number and then tell you to call on this number.

some one called and said they had frozen my social security number and this can not be done. who is it and why are they doing it

I received this call today from an Officer Altin giving me a call back number of 7203101232. The or she sounded middle eastern. I called back and talked to a officer Anderson the supervisor. He told me there was an affidavit for my arrest. Said I received a cash advance of $300.00 and didnt pay. He told me it was fraud cause they tried to collect from a bank account and it had been closed. He told me an email address and it was of/f by one letter and an address that I once lived at and also had my last for of my SSN. This has to be something bogus cause I searched my bank accounts and there was nothing like he told me.

My daughter keeps getting this call. We think they are going through arrest records ,she unfortunately had one, but has already received her punishment. The courthouse in Columbus, Ohio indicates that it is a scam and they want your informations such as social , address etc. They are defintely foreign and rude .

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!
They keep calling me back every few months telling me I have "serious legal consequencess" to face.
There is no such thing as the Department of Law and Investigation.

Report this to the FTC and your state atty general's office.

It looks like there needs to be a lawsuit against payday companies. Because they are giving out information and selling "accounts" that are not in any default. Basically they are giving all info out to these people. I have not answered their calls I'm hoping they just quit trying as I'm not an idiot. Seeing by other responses they probably have my information. So All I can do is keep an eye on my credit and report the info I am getting in my voicemail.  If they do read this which I bet they do, please call me back and cuss me out on my voicemail.

I keep getting calls from this number, and when I hang up, I get a call from 2 other numbers and the same person is on the phone, the other numbers are 916-395-0000 and 1012 actually shows up on the caller id as a phone number.
