Robot trying to sell me a home security system.

I met the same thing just now.

I have the same problem with the  720 number but it always happens after I complain to ANY elected official ?  NSA ?

30 minutes ago got call from this number 720-315-7932.

This number called my cell 2x today... 2 PM and 7:30PM. (I didn't answer.)

Number calls multiple times with a recorded voice "making me aware that the FBI records a break in every minute" and that "if I allow them to place a sign on my lawn then I will get the system for free". Dumb [***]!  Anyone getting this call, simply hang up!

Automated message regarding the FBI reporting a rise in home break ins in my area. Press such number for a representative to get a home security system. I live in Az, 602 area code. Call from 720 seems a bit far, for a Local Alarm Company in Your area, ad stated. Please Stop these Social Engineering Physhing expeditions.

Hung up before the recorded voice got past something about the FBI reporting an increase in home break-ins.  Blocked the number on my cell.

Just got a call from this number at 7:20 AM - Not cool...  Not only do I NOT want bogus calls, I certainly don't want them that early in the morning...

I just got a phone call from this number, didn't answer. They left a message . I think they just want to know if the phone # is alive so they can sell it to other lists.

This is a robo call from ADT home security - the biggest rip off in the home security industry. They sell contracts and give away the system - those contracts are impossible to get out of - you pay even after you mo9ve, and they will automatically extend them every chance they get . This  FBI notification is a scare tactic - and it works because they have been using the same BS for over 40 years that I know of.

Please DO NOT get a security system from ADT - there are far better and less expensive local alarm companies that don't harass people with spam calls And install a much better alarm system - if you need an alarm call them instead.
