Called, didn't leave a voice mail.  Do Not Call list being ignored here?

Caller ID said 'Local Ranking'. robocall saying GE Security wants to install a state-of-the-art security system in home for free, just have to agree to having a small solar security sign in front yard. Press 1 to say yes, press 2 to be taken off calling list.
I chose neither, instead will be filling out a complaint with national Do Not Call and with Missouri attorney general Do Not Call.

called left no msg.  caller id said Denver, Co.

calls my house # at all hours and I'm tired of it  I am on the no call list so now what?

got a call from that number 7204457315 - Caller ID shows Denver.
caller does not leave msg and keeps calling.
Please block number - should not be coming through as we are registered on the do not call list.

Someone calls every other day from this number. They don't leave any message just hung up.
