received a call from this number; no message on voice mail; i did not answer the call; I am on the do not call registry!!

No message.  Makes me angry when someone does not have the courtesy to leave a message.  Must not be important.  I do not answer strange area code numbers that I do not know.

After researching this number online, I found that this phone number is linked to Comenity... But like a previous comment said- they do not leave voicemails. I do not answer unknown numbers that are not local. I feel like it is only fair to leave a voicemail when trying to reach someone, considering that I've recieved 20+ calls from them just  since Thursday of last week, it sure seems as if they really need to reach whomever they are trying to call... but I am kind of frustrated after seeing that this number is linked to w credit company when I have no credit cards. Maybe they would have more luck if they left voicemails for their customers... Or if they verified phone numbers upon account opening so someone like me doesn't have to deal with annoyances like these calls.

I know this number is from the bank that handles customers for Victoria Secret credit card holders. My sis-in-law answered it and that's who it was. Hope this helps!

Since we are not personal friends, I think it is totally disrespectful for you to address me by my first name & when I ask you who's calling,  your response is ..Mrs. Jones , or Mr. Brown !!!! When I question your response , the call ends . Ten minutes later same exchange, different last four numbers, now you are insulting my intelligence .

This is Comenity Bank which is who Victoria's Secret works with for their Store Credit Cards. If you have Victoria's Secret and are behind in a payment, you'll receive a call from them to obtain payment.

I am glad to see your post. I have received several calls and when I answered the person I spoke with stated she wanted to talk to me about my account. I responded that I have no accounts with this organization. She said she would note it and hung up.

It's Comenity Bank. It can be any card or store account issued by Comenity such as Victoria's Secret, Ann Taylor, Overstock.com and others.

Payment past due since Friday... Calling since Monday, which was a bank holiday.

Got numerous calls but they never left a message.  I don't answer numbers I don't know but I finally decided to call it back and ask them to stop calling.  Found out it is an automatic dialer from Commenity Bank which is the bank for Pier 1 and Victoria Secret.  If  you ask to be removed from the auto dialer a live person will call you and leave a message the next time they decide to call

Receive a voicemail from this number to call back, i called and the answer machine answer saying to press #1 for Victoria Secret #2 for Lane Bryant and so on and on on Other stores that i don' t even have accounts with . SCAM!!

Phone number is legit and is for Zales credit card. They called to inform me my account was past due because I had not paid it. They gladly made my payment for me and brought my account current. The only problem with Zales is that they don't let you setup auto pay like my other credit cards do so I was thankful they called me.
