Related to the Consumer Services scam to "help you reduce your credit card interest". Another number they use is 605-202-3001.

CID said Colorado Call. I don't answer any of these junk calls. Credit card scammers change name and numbers like I change socks.Even spoofed my number to call me! Bottom feeders.

Another robo call from another number. The scammers change them all the time and I don't answer any of them. This tape starts when the machine picks up so you just get the stimulus garble and press one to take advantage now.

Called 12:53 p.m. 4/2/15  I.D. says Keenesburg, CO.  Robo-woman voice "Credit Services"  yada-yada, blah, blah, blah.  Was just listing another call on here from WV, so figured I would slap this one up here too.

I, like the rest of you, receive these calls all the time.   This particular number is a computer fraud, who, when given control over your computer, will upload a virus to it and then charge you to remove it.   Our government is WORTHLESS, especially when it comes to blocking these calls, so the Do Not Call list is also worthless.  Your only other course of action is this:

First, if you do NOT have Caller ID, then by all means GET ONE !   Secondly, Do NOT, under any circumstances, answer a caller you do not recognize.  When you do, all you are doing is confirming for them is that they have reached a viable, working number and then they WILL call you back, PLUS they will sell your number to other scam artists so they can call you too.   If they continue to call then first, check with your phone service and see if they have a call blocker service (mine does).   If I continue to receive calls from a certain number then it goes onto my "Blocked" list.  There are also call blockers you can purchase online.

Thirdly: Turn OFF your answering machine when you are home (I usually just leave mine off).   I have caller ID so have the number of whoever calls.

Also, by just pressing 1 or any number they say to remove you from their list is also a scam.   It doesn't work either.   Also, I turn off my answering machine.  If it answers their calls, then once again it only confirms the fact that they have indeed reached a "Working" number and they WILL continue to call you.   Have a pleasant day.  Sure am glad too for websites like this.

Thought for the day:  I Wonder what would happen if everyone stopped answering these calls.   IF they got no one to answer, then would they just give up and die ?

I will add that by using these tactics, there are days that go by now when I have NO MORE phone calls from scammers!   Only problem is that they continue to get NEW phone numbers.   I have also resorted to making a list of all the number that have called, the date, and who it is (after checking in with these sites).   Please folks, don't answer these phone calls.  Use your caller ID's and the common sense that God has blessed you with.

4/2/15  - female robo voice talks over answering machine.  last half of message stating lower interest rate this will be the last call.  last call has been occurring several times a year for many years.

I'll call and scan you when I get your personal phone number and will start wasting your time since you want to waste my time. Get yourself a real job, you m----f------. I am not going to answer you when you call me. You are a bunch of a---h----. I'm on the DNC list. What part of no don't you understand?

The DNC list does actually work for legit businesses.  You don't seem to understand that the scumbag criminal scammers/robo dialers don't abide by any of that.  Don't answer calls you don't know, and block them. You'll never be able to call them back, because they keep spoofing their numbers and you won't know where the hell they're really calling from.

Got many,  many calls from this number.  I finally pressed #1 to speak to person and was caller #19.  When they got on line they hung up.  I called back and got spanish speaking person and he said he didn't call me.  What ever!   I am getting so tired of these calls

Robo call to lower my interest rates. We already declared bankruptcy so have no credit card debt.

Absolute scam as the calls are every single day !!! Morning or afternoon .

I have been doing everything that you do for a long time now. I just dont get the obsession that people have with answering the phone when they dont know who it is on the other end. GET A GRIP PEOPLE . STOP complaining about calls and dont answer the freakin phone if you dont know who is calling. Its pretty simple. DUH! If you dont answer they will stop calling but when they change their number they will try again. STOP answering the phone and bitching about it.

I get these calls from time to time, same recorded voice, same recorded message, but different numbers. This one showed on the caller ID as "Keenesburg Co".

These are the same callers who have threatened to kill my pets, children and spouse.  I don't see the FBI or other LE officials doing anything constructive to stop these known criminals!
