received call from Kathy /Cathy saying they were going to be in the area to install my free security system. I asked the company name twice with her only saying Security Plus I asked for their address she started talking over me trying to sell their system. This Kathy / Cathy also likes to use undisclosed call tactics. Th entire industry preys on the elderly and uninformed.

Received the same automated female voice message from Kathy spiel. It's made to sound like an interactive computer generated voice but either Kathy's not to bright or their computer responses are not set up to give information like what company and their location. Did a search online and found under the same number a reference to CID "Protect Home" Did a search for "protect home security" and came up with "Protect America Home Security" local address 1990 Main St, Sarasota, FL 34236  (888) 936-3385. Bigger picture shows up as http://www.bbb.org/central-texas/business-rev ... ustin-tx-44024/ with 32 locations listed but their crappy Texas BBB website won't allow listings to show. I will never do business with any home or personal security company because they all are as corrupt as they come.

I received call as Kate from Secure Plus. Asked for her location she said she's not authorized to give out that info. Asked for their business address and that was also information she wasn't allowed to discuss. She did want to offer me a free sign and free security alarm system though!
