Got a call last friday at work from a Jack  Austin. He told me that I owed money to a Payday loan company called Cash Advance. Supposedly it was thru Fleet Bank in 2006.He used my old address to try and find me. In 2006 I am happy to say that I didn't even live there. I have been at my job for almost 7 years and occasionally get a threatening call from them. I asked them not to call me there and the calls will stop for a while. This man told me that 724 area code is in Philadelphia, Pa. I know that he is lying because I happen to be from a town with that area code. When I call my family I use the 724 area code. This James Austin wanted me to give him permission to get money from my account to pay my debt. I asked him for an address so thst I could check it out and he told me that I didn't need one. I told him that if he didn't stop harrassing me that I would come after him with my attorney. He decided to hang up on me. Just for the record  I don't think that Fleet Bank exists anymore. Can't wait to here more comments about this scam artist.
