So this guy calls two times today and says that his name is Mr. Randy Brown and that he is from Legal Line Associates. He claims that he has received legal documents stating that my name is on them pertaining to financial fraud. He also states that I should not disreguard the call because if I do the company will persue legal action. The guy has a really thick accent. the first call was really noisy in the background but the second one was able to be made out

yeah they call different people same number saying the complaints against you social security number wanting you to pay for your loan. A guy named Kevin called me for this number stating he was from Allen Mackin law office . I gave him my visa number to debit my account  to make my payment thinking the matter was taking care of.I received a call from the company I owed the money to they never received the payment and said they were not authorized to except a payment from me on there behalf. the company said it was a scam .I had to close my bank account and it cost me additional money to settle my debit because of the mis payment I thought I already paid. Please be careful they will call your job pretending to be your friend or love screaming and hollering cursing the whole nine.I told them do what they had to do and I recorded one of the conversations . I gave the company their phone number and the name of the man I spoke with so they can file charges. I also called and let them know I knew they were a scam and I wanted my money back which I probably wont get but I hope this doesn't happen to any one else. Please beware these people are scams . I was told that they get your info from payday loan search engines and will call around on or your paydates

Rec'd call from the same number saying he was from Allan Mackin law office and he had legal documents with my name & social security # and if I didn't or my attorney call him back I would be in big trouble. The funny thing is I do not have any payday loans so I know this is a scam. I will not call back & waste my time on this piece of crap. Got better things to do with my time. Do not believe these people. He had a thick accent. I got these calls last year and cannot believe they waited 9 months to start calling me again.

Beware! Calls from this number is a scam.  Do not give them any personal information.  They have been calling me for the past year every 2-3 months.  I don't owe anyone for loans.  Record their conversations, file a complaint with the FCC and foward the record every number they call you from.  It will help to catch these thieves.  Called from a 914 number but left a different callback number.  Do not contact them.

Yes...this is a SCAM.  I received a call today (last call from them was about 6 months ago) told them then that this is a SCAM and not to call me back.  Guess they think I would forget.  A guy named Ricky even said we called you several months ago and you were to settle your account, you never responded.  We are now ready to file legal papers (which I asked for a copy 6 months ago, and never received...imagine that).  I wish these people could just get legit real jobs and leave everyone else alone.

Kevin from Alan Matkins law office just called for my roommate. This is a scam. It was very noisy in the background and he was yelling into the phone. It has been a few months since they have tried to scam. Please be aware of this and do not fall for it!

This is a scam with this number and another number associated with it is 312-473-1597.  This group is and asian or indian group playing this scam. Just tell them not to call anymore and you will be contacting there local Police dept.  These groups and many more buy information with your name and financial info on it may it be a payday loan, bank loan or where ever you may have provided your info. I have had deep talk with these guys and I refused and they end up cussing me out.

These are scammers

This is totally a scam.  Even if you owe someone money, any professional business would answer your questions and have respect that you want to verify a debt.  I asked them for a transaction number showing a loan deposit to my account and they dodged the question no matter how many times that I asked it.  They have a script that they go by and they are not in this country.  Since I get these calls every so often, I have come to the conclusion that they can only run a credit card through and do not have the clearance to debit your account through a check clearing house.  Therefore, they are not a ligitimate business.  They just want you to be scared because they have your checking info. If you owe someone money, hang up with these criminals and call who you owe directly.  At least check it out before you give your credit card information.  But these freaks are not ligitimate at all!  They will change their number and call back with a different name in a few months so just be prepared.

and then I hung up.

Got a call from 727-242-5975 three times today! The guy hangs up on you after the person he requests is unavailable. I called it back and it is a magic jack phone line.

Im upset that i looked at this so late. this guy has called me several times today. thanks to eveyone that put this info here. this guy was an [***] and i made him feel like one

They called me twice today and my cell - banned!!!  I tried to call back and is is a Magic Jack number.

Total scam.  They try to say there are criminal fraud charges Underware your name but will not be filled if you pay now.  DEBT IS A CIVIL MATTER, NOT A CRIMINAL ONE.  YOU CAN NOT BE PUT IN JAIL FOR NON PAYMENT OF DEBT.  Hang up on them and ignore any voice mails they leave.  The number is spoofed as well.

rec'd some many calls today I quit answering it.  Same guy every time but different phone #. I told him I know he is a scam and quit calling!! He called right back.  What can I do beside quit answering the phone???

Called FIVE times on Friday and would just keep saying hello. Called twice within 1 minute this morning same thing. I called back and they where like we haven't had any calls today. I told him BS! He wanted me to verify my SSN I refused several times and demanded to know who they were. Finally he said that he was a paprleagal with something line legal and was calling about a lawsuit against me. I told him I knew this was not true and that it was a scam and to stop calling. He persisted I told him to remove my number he said he was going to proceed with legal action against me. I said bring it and hung up. This is so annoying and has to be stopped . Plus this is my cell phone stop wasting my minutes!!

Start the day off with three calls from a "Private number" no one there? Then another call from 727 242 7409 this morning. They are offered "to give me a loan up to 10k for the car I was? Is that a new car or used?" I am not looking to buy a car? Insisting 4 or 5 times that I am and asking new or used? Then he said he can give me a loan for whatever amount I want with the money I have in hand right now? NOW the scam shows itself. I give him access to my bank (cash) and he will give a loan? Yeah right. Got him off the phone finally with a no thanks. 10 mins later 727 242 5678 calling, didn't answer but left a message. An hour later different number different guy (both Indian) I said I already talked to someone about it and no thanks, He kept pushing the loan and I stopped him with No No you listen to my words, I do not want any loan. goodbye. 2 hours more (just now) Different number 361 237 4338 (but knew who it was), Hello... hear phone dialing... Hello is this (me) I call from bla bla bla, I went nuts on him, Listen 4 f'in times I have told you f'in guys, I don't want a f'in loan stop f'in calling, click.  Hope not to be continued.

Today is Thanksgiving and so far I have received two calls. I called them back and it's a magic phone jack line.  They can't buy 800 number lines anymore in the USA so now they are purchasing the magic phone jacks for their scams.  I answered the second time and said do not call my cell phone anymore and they hung up.  Wish I could say I know this will end it, but we all know how that goes right.  At least reporting we got them to not be able to buy anymore 800 corporate lines.

My daughter got a phone call from these people today!! Saying that she is be sued and they needed her to pay 1000.00 or she would be arrested in the AM. Told her she was being sued because she took out a lone from cash net usa.She never had a loan with them.He scared her real bad.So i called them back and told them to stop calling my daughter.I called this Eric mathews and he said its fine.She will deal with me in the AM.Then hung up on me.People need to take this to the police and stop these theives.The number was 727-242-7062
