this is  a scam they call and say you are in drawing to win 1 million dollars because you have a visa mastercard or discover card. then they verify AN "address" he said is this your address I said yes (but I lied) and then they hung up. it is a scam!  when you call the number back the number is not callable.

Ditto, all of the above happened to me yesterday.  Called 4 times in an hour - I missed - no message - called back to both numbers (727-259-7000)- "not in service" in a foreign accent.  Got called again, 10 minutes later with "Is this your address ...?"  Which was correct.  (Tyrone said he was calling from Florida.)  He asked about age being between 35 and 50.  Said I was entered in sweepstakes to be final 12-31-2010.  I said I was not interested.  He said I already had won a men's or lady's diamond studded watch, then brought up a 2 years free on magazine subscriptions to 3 or 4 publications (I don't take magazines).  I said "not interested".  He dropped the call.  This number needs to be investigated.

just got the same call from 727-259-7017 from a guy name Mark or Mike...from Clearwater Florida. He asked for me and I said may I take a meesage, then he said okay are you ready? I said yes (I was getting ready to write the numbe down) then the phone hung up. I thought it was my cell phone that got disconnected but he actually hung up. I then Googled the phone number and that is when I notice all the post about this same number. I figured this must be some type of scam now. I tried to call the number back to see what company it could be from but it quickly said that this number is not in service. Hmmm who could this low life scum of the earthbe trying to scam innocent citizens out of their money? I'm in Houston and I rarely get any type of unsoliceted phone calls...especially to my cell. I'm going right now and block my number from telemarketers. YOU ALL SHOULD DO THE SAME THING. Go to the website to block telemarketers from calling and sign up every phone number you have and all of your frineds and family numbers also!

Two calls, one from a woman named Michelle, and a second from her supervisor.  The first call caught me a little off guard, but as they didn't really ask for any information, I let it go.  There was an indication that she was new etc. and that her supervisor would be following up.

The supervisor called shortly afterward and started asking for more information which I, of course, did not provide.
