727-324-4191 (Florida) is the 2nd phone number used by this "company" to call me.  (The other number was 408-796-3014 (California) but, after I called that number back 15 times, they disconnected it.) The calls start with the exact same recorded message: "Congratulations.  You visited one of our associate websites, so you win..."  Supposedly, if I just pay for the shipping, I get a $100 gift card.  I told them to take the shipping cost off the $100 card, but... You get the picture.  The DoNoCall registry is a joke.

I hope it is a scam. I just told them I was not interested.

scammers trying to tell you that you won $500 for walmart and other stores...with just a $1 fee to your credit card  LOLOL  i always give them a fake credit card number just to keep them on the line for fun!  Pisses them off!

This is a scam, I have reported them to the Attorney General of NYS. I suggest everyone else does as well.

This company calls me all day long. They called while I was typing this.

Called me 3 times in a row, 2 minutes apart.  They call me like this about once a month, typically from different numbers but same scam.

after they called for the third time in a row, 9th time in two weeks, after numerous times of telling them to remove my number, recording them as well, pressing 2, etc. I went off this time. I told her I would find her and her husband, told her I had the resources, then described some SAW (ya know, from the movie) stuff to what would be done to her kids as her and her husband watched. yeah...dont think they will be calling me again anytime soon. lol

Don't know how they got my cell number.  I will not answer this or any other number I do not recognize!!!.

This scam operation out of Clearwater, Florida keeps calling. The message says some [***] about calling because I visited one of their affiliate websites. They want first and last name and the state I'm in. Whoever is there cannot seem to talk clearly or understand a thing. I'd say they're definitely on drugs.   I've now blocked this number.

They called for the 10th time so i took it.  Since I recently visited one of their "affiliate website" I was entitled to a $100 gift card.

Spoke to their "agent" and since I am from California (told them California for the state) I am entitled to a $500 gift card. The card is redeemable at Target, Walmart,  and other fine stores. Additionally she started listing what I could buy with it. After going back and fourth with me about my c.c.; I said I know your from India and this is a scam.  She stated she was not from India but was born and raised (and she hesitated - probably to lookup what area the call was supposedly from) in Clearwater Florida. I asked where she got her heavy accent. It's not Floridian. After a few more minutes she gave up trying to convince me she was from Florida and hung up.  I may call back under another name just to waste more of their time.  If it wasn't such a $%^%$$^ scam, it would almost be funny.

Keep calling me day and night.  Telling me I won a free monies.  They do not stop calling me.  SCAM!!!

Next time you get a call, just say..... You have reached the Florida State Bureau of Investigation. This call is being recorded. What is the nature of your call?

My phone number is listed with the National Do Not Call List but it doesn't do anything at all to stop these idiots from calling constantly.  I keep hanging up on them and they just don't take the hint and they keep calling back.  I finally talked to the scammer and when I asked which website I visited for them to say that I had won...they couldn't name a single site.  I should have told them that I don't have a computer at all and see what they would have done

Recording says there's new dental discounts in my area, blah blah blah. I thought it was just spam but using the same number as those other scams so this is just some other new scam.

I have gotten this call multiple times as one of those free gift card scams but it recently switched over to a health care scam about dental insurance.

I got a call from "Value Consumers" trying to sell me dental. They left a message on my answering machine. I called them back and selected to talk to someone and actually got a real human being. I explained that I have odontophobia and that they've basically triggered an anxiety attack in me moments before I have to DRIVE with their call. They said they could put me on their do not call list, I said that I needed the address of their company so that I could send them a cease and desist in writing. She said she couldn't give me that information. I asked for the company name, she said "Value consumers" but that's... really not an actual company name. I told her that her company is violating the TCPA and that I need the address of the company so I may send them a cease and desist. She said she couldn't. I asked to talk to a manager, she said one wasn't available at the moment. She hurried up and tried to get me off the phone.

Yeah they are scammers, and they stay in business because people hang up on them. What really needs to be done to combat this is to try and keep them online for as long as possible. If this were not cost effective to do they would no longer do it. I think in addition to these number tracking sites you should keeps stats on who has kept callers on the longest. I just got 8 minutes out of these people :)

This number called about dental insurance.... it's a scam....

I am in Virginia, I got a call from this number automatic saying there is suspect  in the area.  I have not signed up for this type of alert through the systems in my area.  And I cannot get any info if this is a true alert. I have looked upon the news, and TV news, but no reports either.  But this house is prepared LOL  ARMY STRONG>)
