    Recording starts out by warning me of the dangers of hard-wired security systems and that I can get a wireless GE security system.  When I indicate I'm the home owner I get transferred to a live person.  I ask how they happened to get my name; he doesn't know.  The line goes silent when I ask to speak to his supervisor.
