Two calls from 727-499-0608 today.  Didn't answer either one.  No messages left.

They called me today and didn't leave a message.

this is a ploy to get your credit card information.  They claim to be offering you a great deal on some magazine subscription and say the already have your credit card info, and it starts with "4" and they just need to confirm the number.  do not give it to them!!

This Florida call came to Kansas on 8-7-08 @ 13:44 hours CDT. Not answered and they left no message. Other sites advises they try to sell magazine subscriptions, and stress hard to try to get your credit card number.

RUDE people on the phone, I fell for the credit card # thing, got my rude confirmation call. When I asked her to remove the order she started asking personal questions and was a real donkey. I called the # back to see who would answer and it was her, she said I shouldn't have called back. What ever that is supposed to mean. I quickly called my credit card and cancelled the card. I'll get my magazines off the rack. ALSO 727 499-0604.

Scam! Credit card thieves, horrible people on the phone. Also under 727-499-0608!

Third time they contacted me, each time I asked them to remove me from their call list.  First two times, told they would.  Third time rep was rude, hung up on me.  I called back to complain and demand removal from their list.  Was told I was speaking with the manager.  He would not identify himself.  He was rude beyond belief.  Threatened me by saying that he would have 50 people calling me if I didn't change my attitude!

Offered us Guideposts for a rate that is more than double the subscription price and said it is about to go up 50% and they are giving us a chance to beat the increase.  The first call was gracious.  When I called back to tell them that they are dishonest and no better than a common thief............they were indeed rude.

These people are scum. They scammed my 85 year old Father.

WE Have gotten to the bottom of it. Partly, They claim they are from US Readers.  They are out of Florida.  I would call the Attorney Generals office in Florida and complain.  We have called the company two to three times and gave it back to them.  Also the toll free # is 1-866-233-4487.  I have gotten live person at both of these phone #s.  I reamed them out and told them to take us off the list.  Then I reacently got calls from this # 231-577-5010.  So there is a connection.

I got the same person at the 727# and the toll free # at US readers from Florida 1-866-233-4487 The reason I know this is because we got a bill from them.  the 727 # has called my mother so many times and she does not know  to answer the phone. Nor say no to them because she is elderly and cant remember and they want to take advatage of her. We have canceled checks and credit card #s so she would not be billed.  These people are giving out our phone # to other people from another state.  Too lure the company away from them in Florida.  the number to watch out for now is 231-577-5010.

keeps calling and I don't answer. 727-499-0608.  Asked for my 80 yr old mother the time I answered and when I asked what call was about said they would call later and hung up.

This phone calls comes from US Readers out of Florida and they try to get your Credit Card number so they can call you later and tell you that you owe them for 8 magazines for a total of $459 and are going to put it on your credit card. They did that to me and lucky my credit Card company called me back in a few days and ask if I had purchase them and I said and so the guy cancel the order and mark it as a scam.

The next day I called every Credit card company I had got a new numbers and new card.

My advice is do not answer the phone. It is a Scam and I hate them calling me. They still do and I do not answer when I see the number in the caller ID.

Get an answering machine if you do not have caller Id, I have both. These pests and others like these call every day of the month.. even though I never answer. I screen all calls because of these crooks. If a private number shows up on the caller ID that is when I listen to see who they SAY they are on the answering machine. If they do not identify themselves I don't answer even though it might be a family member or friend. My friends and family know that I expect them to speak out and say who they are or I will not pick up the phone. That is how I am dealing with these crooks. Ignore them. It is working great!

Received many calls mostly hangups the party who has controlling interest in this company is a Stanley Goldstein He and his wife Joy Goldstein have a home at 7710 Cedarhurst Ln, Tanpa Florida. One of the other owners is a Morris Kent Goldstein.  I found on public records that Mr Stanley Goldstein's phone number is 813-792-9306. The business adress is 4906 Creekside Dr, Ste D, Clearwater Fl 33760-4022
