I receive a call by this person with a middle eastern accent saying I owe money on a loan but I call the company where I got the loan they said I was up to date the man was threatening me that I would lose my job and my life please help

Getting fraudulent calls from 727 827 8795 claiming to be attorney David Jones from Allen ritchie and associates.  Reverse lookup says this is a debt collector .

These slurred spoken people keep calling telling me we owe money and we don't..He told me that a bill of several years ago that was discharged in a bankruptcy had came back and was now due again...Not possible...Scammer piece of crap!

Please people contact your bank. Put a watch on your accounts. This is definitely a scam.

I received a second call today on my cell from a person identifying himself as being from Aleen Ritchie and Associates and threatening me that I am being sued and that he would report me to all 3 credit bureaus and to my employer - had the name of the firm and the phone number.  When I asked him to send me what he has in writing, he yelled that he would call my employer right now at the number (which was correct) for my employer if I did not listen to him.  He then said I should have an attorney since I am a debtor as a threat.  I then advised that I am an attorney and that I would report him if he called my employer, he hung up saying what sounded like an expletive.  DEMAND info in writing.  This is probably a scam and they intimidate you into paying what you do not owe.
