The caller claims to be one Eric Thornton, calling from the Florida Troopers Union.  Eric is software program posing as a real person, and does it well.  Ask Eric if his mother is still a meth addict and how much she charges for tricks.  

According to its IRS From 990 for 2012, this charity scam spends over 75% of its income on professional fundraisers.  It's principal officer is David Drew Medcalf, 2061 Delta Way 1, Tallahassee, FL 32303, phone no. (850) 681-9551 (office).  A David Drew Medcalf at 3686 Corinth Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32308, used to hold a real estate license for Florida.  If anyone can find his current home address and phone number, please post them here so we can call him constantly and at all hours.  

One David Drew Medcalf seems to live at 1162 Brafforton Dr, Tallahassee, FL  32311.  Phone number seems to be 850-878-0227.
