The number called and every time I would answer no one said anything.

Same thing, no audio. The area code isn't even listed as used, which means it may have been a spoofed number.  Probably a robo-dialer to track numbers that connect. The question is why...

Got a call from this number, automated message claiming to have information about my credit card, promptly hung up because it sounded like a scam

I too got the call, looks like a spam.

This number called me to offer a lower rate.

i just got a call. Theycalled me twice but no answer back. Is it a scam?

Received call from number twice within 3 hours.  Phone did not ring, only my message indicator listed the number and 2 2 second long messages with no audio.

Got a call about lowe ring my credit card rate. Said to press 9 for more info. I have no credit card so, suspected fraud. When woman answered line she said I see you're interested in lowering your rate. I replied saying "No, I have no credit card.". The woman thenamed said "No.... Okay bye." and hung up. DEFINITELY a scam.

I got a call from this number 3 times, the first time i picked up and someone talked about relocate something but I didn't care about what he mentioned. I said my number is unlisted and it is personal use only so he probably calling wrong person and please remove me from your list.  Anyway, I got two more missed calls from this number this afternoon.  Not cool.

Just received a robo call and didn't press 9 fast enough to tell them off, the call was ended quickly.

Why are they calling me? Stop calling me.

728 area code is not used… it left a 5sec blank voice mail… don't answer...

No answer, but line still open,till I hung up.

got a call from this number...wasn't with my phone...it just showed missed call and they did not leave a voice mail message

keep a Dollar Tree air horn next to the phone and play em a little tune-
