I received a call with a recording about an offer to lower my credit card interest rate. Press 9 to speak to an account rep and get your rate lowered. I pressed 9 and was greeted by a foreign voice named "Brian" and asked if I presseed 9 to get my rate lowered. I said no I pressed 9 to find out how you got my # because I do not have a credit card and my # is on the national Do Not Call registry. He hung up on me.

I just got a call from the same company. I pressed 9 to talk with someone; I asked to be removed from the call list and the weirdo on the line said, "But you sound so beautiful" - SO CREEPY. Gross gross gross.

Credit Card Services (728-727-3571) called me again on my work cell. This is 5 times in two weeks. I'm on the do not call list. I pressed 9 to talk to someone about not calling me again and they hung up.

The more you answer, the more often they call.  I stopped answering and with-in two weeks the calls went from 2-3 per day every day to once a day every three or so days.  Can't do nothing about this company as they constantly change what the caller ID reads, even as far as to spoof a fake number and/or name.  By doing this and never telling you where they are operating from or the company name (when you ask they hang up) they are not only breaking the law but making it that much harder to bust.
