Missed call to a cell phone, no ID and no message.

missed call on 6/25 at 1:47 PM Eastern to my cell phone. I suspect it was a credit card scam; have received a number of these from Texas over the last few weeks. This is the first call from Tennessee.

I just received a call too. I pressed option 1 to speak to a live representative and obtain an explanation why they are calling a cell number that is registered in the do not call registry. The lady just hung up on me.

It's a credit card scum. Been getting several of these calls on a weekly basis.  They use equipment to fake the caller ID. You can file a complain with the donotcall.goc but there's nothing they can do about it since the number they call from is fake.

The number appears to be a "spoofed" called ID.  In other word the call did not come from the number that you caller ID is displaying.  Its some sort of credit card deal.  Could be a scam.  I waited and spoke to a person who came on and I said you are calling a numbers on a do-not call list please dont call back.  He replied "nope" and hung up.  But he didnt speak english very well.

If you have the time, go through the whole process of the call. Give a fake CC, Bank Account and SS# to them. Get all their information so you can stay updated on the process and refer someone to them, and report them.

Credit Card scam - left a voicemail - "verify information before your eligibility expires..."

this number called me, no id, no message. I called it back...."[Beep] the number you have dialed is no longer in service"...

I received a recorded call about my credit card. They are going to help me.

I just got a call from them but missed the call. From what I am reading it is a scam.  We have been getting allot of scam calls sense my husband has been over seas.  PLEASE STOP CALLING US AND TRYING TO GET MONEY.......  YOU WON"T GET IT. GO OUT AND GET A REAL JOB LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE YOU JERKS.

You know it's a scam when the name of your company is, "Account Services" Scammer scumbags!

just got a missed call, when I called the number back, it said that it's an unused number...

I not only got a call from this number to day but a couple of hours later I got a call from 925-948-9640 ( CA ) both are out of state this one shows as Tenn.and the 925-948-9640 when I looked it up it was also a Scam.

Ha Ha I don't answer unknown call # and they did not leave a message.

It was a recording about lowering credit card rates

Just got a call from this number asking for credit card number & last four of my social
To qualify for a reduction to 4.99% on all my cards! Gave a number that was almost maxed out she came back and said she needed a number that wasn't so close to being maxed out & I began to as many questions & she hung up! Tried to call # back states it's not in service!
This is a SCAM! I called my credit card company, closed this account & getting s new #!
Whom ever this is needs to get out & work as hard as I do for their money & stop scamming poor hard working folks like me! You better not get any of my hard earned money, you sorry piece of crap!
