Robocall x2.  Left message and number to call back on 2nd call but not 1st.  Don't know if it is legit so will not call back.  Don't know anyone in NJ.

Robo call saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call this number. Definitely a scam.

ITS A SCAM DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION

Automated message saying that the IRS has been trying to reach me and is filing a lawsuit. I called them back, as it asked, and they said that they're saying I willfully defrauded them of $11,780 between 2010 and 2015. When I told her that I haven't even worked during those years (I'm a stay at home wife) she hung up on me. She identified herself as Bella Gomez and her ID # was 7234590.

Don't usually answer unrecognized numbers, but I did this one. Female voice said they have been trying to reach me with an urgent message regarding a pending action by the IRS.

Dont do it- they say there with the irs and say they are about to start an audit on your 2015 taxes, so lets go ahead and verify the last 4 of your social and date of birth after you tell them  they hang up...Scam  scam scam

At least three calls today, and the day isn't even over!  I think it started up yesterday.  I usually hang up if there's dead air, but I caught part of one of the calls before I hung up, and decided to listen to a little more the next time.  A computerized voice telling me that it's the final notice or something and that the IRS has been trying to reach me, and they are suing me, and that's when I hung up.  The IRS doesn't call; they send written communication!  I let the next call go to my answering machine, and it gave the number above, but I didn't call back.

Got the same IRS crap. He kept trying to get me to say I was defrauding the federal government. Said his name was John Smith (right; he had a heavy accent of some type). Badge number IRM 1474856. I swore at him several times & hung up.

This number called me and a female voice said the IRS was filing suit against me. They asked me to call this number back and talk to them and that it was the last notification. I called and talked briefly with a man who gave his badge numbers as IRM1602923. I suspect they wanted to get personal information to use in ID theft.

IRS calling to tell me I will be arested

Disregard! Do not return call! Robocall (female voice) claiming IRS has filed a lawsuit against us and telling us to call 732-276-1975 immediately (that will be the day!). Probably looking to get personal information from us in order to hack into our bank accounts, etc.

After returning from vcation I have found  the same message as that one that was sent to the other people-a lady told me IRS filled a lawsuit against me and I am to call 735-276 1975 to get more info about it.Needless to say anyting about my confusion-my tax return is very simple and when ä mistake happened in the past I got a LETTER from them,not call.
Fortunately I immediately browsed internet for this number (I returned from my vacc.close to the midnight) finding that many other persones received  this call before me as well ,finding it was a scam-Got bless interet.
