I got a call from this number asing me to pay 2011 taxes ....?!?!

its a scam they called my house as well

Supposed identity fraud warning/threat to get a call back. Statements were a mishmosh of awkwardly strung together identity theft buzz word laden statements from a woman with a caribbean accent. Threatened unspecified legal action if I didn't call back immediately.

If I had, I don't doubt I'd have to give all the info required to steal my identity to 'prove' who I am.

What actual financial firm can't afford a toll free number?

this person is indian and he has other caucasian people he works with that are calling my house number
and asking us to pay or they will deport us.  [***] cant even speak english without an accent, how do i track him!

Person called my dad and said you owe $4000 dollars in bad fraud, so they provided transelator in indian language and guy name Raju Patel said to him either you pay $4000 right over the phone or you will get arrested and you will loose your citizenship and will be deported, when you call this number you can tell that they are not federal agent. They don't have American accent. THIS IS FRAUD.

My dad received called from 732-399-9401, and started talk to him English so my dad say he doesn't not speak English. Therefor they provided translator in Gujarati. Person name Raju Patel spoke to my dad and said I will tell you everything please do not interfere while I am talking. Raju said " You owe $4588 to U.S. tax department, if you don't pay this amount right now you will be deported back to your country and your social security number and citizenship will be seized. Or you can go to court and pay $ 75000 and you will be arrested today." My dad said I will call you after I speak to my son. So I when I called him behalf of my dad and spoke to person, They didn't have American accent and asked for their office addresses, they gave me wrong addresses. and I even told them I will come to your office with my lawyer, and they say pay fine over phone, I said no to them and I wanted to solve problem through my lawyer, And they hang up phone.

09Apr2013 @4:58p EST - Got an incoming call from that $5K is owed for $91K in income last yr. Same basic info as the comments above. Need to block & report this phone # as spam/scam.

These Maderchod people have a call center type system in India . Since last 3-4 weeks, I am harassing them by calling them and dressing them down using bad language like Maderchod . He is running this business since last 3-4 years. He is gujrati and hiding in India. Call *671 followed by his number. He won't be able to see your number. If 100 people would call him 5 times a day, it's a payback. Ask your friends family on Facebook to harras him. He changes his number every week. Go to 'whocallsme' website and look for similar complain to find his new number. He will learn only if 100s of people will go after him

Called me today...similar script mentioed above. Told him "government agency would deal with mail first...what kind of scam is this?" He hung up!

Please call Federal Trade Commission on this matter at 877-382-4357 as FBI directed to contact FTC on this matter. It is a Scam so please do not give any info like Credit Card, bank details etc.

I just got a call from this person calling himself "Jay Williams" accusing me of not paying my taxes and that I'm under investigation and all that bull [***]---------------how do we catch this guy? The number he gave me was 732 399 9401 and he sounded real FOB (fresh off the boat) indian.

My dad received call from this number asking him to pay tax over the phone now, otherwise you will get arrested, my dad said he dont speak English, person call interpreter name Raju Patel. He said you can pay 4000 $ right now, take the day off from work and do right away. I called that number no answer. It's Fraud

I just got the call that I owe first I gave the greendot moneypak for $3896 followed by another amount of 5684$
I paid him close 9580$ in total

I got call from this # on 04/12/13. I asked them to send police and I will deal with them. Do not give out any info or do not pay anything over the phone.

i have received 3 messages from them asking me to call back at the number you all are discussing here...they said my name came up in an investigation of 3 different crimes...and that I should call back immediately...

I just got a call from this number.  The guy has a STRONG Indian accent and said his name was Micheal Brown.  Then proceeded to tell me I have an investigation against me with 3 pending affidavits (he said affidavit not charges) against me and that he's calling from a federal agency.  He asked if I had been contacted by my local police yet.  I said no.  He put me on hold and said his supervisor will talk to me, who's name was Adam Scott and  proceeded to give me the same lines. I asked again where he is calling from and he said the "Federal Government"  I asked what federal government and he said what do you mean?  there is only one federal government. I told him I'm having a hard time believing 2 people with very strong Indian accents named Micheal Brown and Adam Scott.  So he got all upset and said if I'm so smart, what other federal governments are there?   and said this is a bunch of B.S...  I finally got tired of arguing with idiots and hung up.  If I had seen this site before, I would have hung on and had more fun with him.  I hope people don't get scammed by this guy.

I added this number to my fax machine and keep sending blank fax.  change the setting of my fax # to dial 30 times if it's un successful.  I just had to do do it twice and it made 60 calls to them.
