Paid the account off, canceled the card but yet they ring the phone off the hook from morning, all day long 8-12 times a day.

They keep calling me about my mom. Apparently she put me down as an emergency contact and is overdue on some bills. I haven't talked to her in years and don't even live in the same state. I keep telling them to stop calling because I have no association with her or the account. Every time I talk to someone I explain this and they say they will take me off the call list. Every day I get at least 3 if not 10 calls from them. It is 11 am and I have 4 calls from them already that I couldn't answer because I am at work. Very annoying.

These people are relentless!  I ran into some financial trouble, after having a perfect payment record with them, and now they are calling me twice an hour!  Ridiculous!  I made payment arrangements with them a week and a half ago, and they still keep calling! Even after I block their calls on my phone, they call from a different number.  I just spoke to a supervisor and told them that I would rather cancel the card than to deal with them.  He assured me that I will not receive anymore calls due to my arrangement.  I told him that if I receive one more call from them, that card is as good as canceled.

Kept getting calls from 732-867-2902, it would ring twice and hang up before I could answer. Called back answered as credit one bank. My account with them is up to date and current.  They asked for my social then my card number got mad when I wouldn't provide them. Told them I would call the number on the card and see what the issue was and was immediately hung up on. Called credit one directly and this is a scam call to get your Card number and ss number.

I received a call this morning from ph# 737-867-2902.  No v-mail was left.  Caller Id showed - "New Brunswick, NJ".

My common law husband passed away in Nov and these people continue to blow my phone up all day every day!! I have no legal obligation to his debt. I asked them to stop calling, he had nothing, left nothing so, I don't know what u want!! Call his wife!! Stop bugging me!

thanks. you helped. but i have to get a new cell. the person who had this phone last must have had issues with a lot of callers because thats all i do is field their robo calls. I may just need to change my number.
