Left a VM saying I have an unclaimed prize when I never signed up for anything to get a prize, probably a scam.

Called the number back, person on the call identified the company as Garden State Readers but could not find any history of calling me but the operator said she was in the prize department. It appeared to be a legitimate company but perhaps a mis-dial even though she identified by first name on the voice mail.

Keeps calling and calling even though bossman told to take off of call list!!!

Garden State Readers is a huge scam, where they get you to take a survey, offer you "free" gifts and "free" magazines... then tell you that you only have to pay postage. They tell you it'll be x amount of dollars a month, then charge you double that amount. They DO NOT let you cancel...

Avoid these people at all costs. They're terrible, deceitful, and their representatives are rude and disgusting.

Yes it is a scam.. Rope you into the magazines then throw in these trials that you have to call and cancel so you don't get billed the following month. I'm sure there banking on the fact that most people are so busy they will forget to cancel.
