called and hung up

Called me as well..is it a business?

Called my house 3x' within one hour and hangs up on me...what  or who is this?

Its a collection agency

Received numberous calls from this number.  No name listed, so I do not answer.  Caller never leaves a message.

I know it is a call from people using SKYPE I do not know what they WANT. Sometimes they would call from UnionBridge Maryland(443(9378989; Newark, Delaware(302)8618989; Homestead Florida(786)7386760; Newark New Jersey(973)4898846, (973) 297 0660; South Jersey with area code (845)7863756 with the name John Reilly; Connecticut with the name Carmen S (203) 276 0793, from a company called CBHV (203)5847791 when I do not answer they would switch the area code to a New Jersey area code. I think people who are using SKYPE should stay away from others who do not want to SPEAK to YOU. By disguising yourself sending emails about health and body it is not going to work. you have recorded, on 3 wqy lines since 1999-2011 November. The party is over SAY AWAY. NO HARD FEELINGS

Also receive calls from CBHV from various numbers (but 732-941-0190 seems to be the common one) I don't pick up the calls anymore when I see them on my Caller ID. They never leave messages they just hang up and call again the following day.

If they truly are legitimate they would leave a message and a reference number (or a claim number if they ARE an actual collection agency) for the person to call back - but of course they don't, so I can only assume they are scammers.

Called me 4 times within 4 hours. When I answere nobody is there just silent and hangs up.
No not a collection agentsy, if they would be they would answere because they want your money.  Anyway I don't owe anyone.

It's "collection bureau of Hudson Valley". Thats what it said when I called back.

I saw the 732-941-0190 with CBHV on my caller ID, I tend not to answer calls I don't know.  There was no message, but a minute later my cell phone rang - same number.  How did they get both my numbers!!?

Calls repeatedly and hangs up when answered. We have no collectors calling. Scam??
