Folks like this hate me. I tend to file lawsuits -- and collect big cash.

This one puts "Diabetes Survey" in caller ID, but there's no question they're telemarketers, and that they try to hide behind the "survey" exclusion from laws that apply to what they're doing. Problem is, even survey folks are required to do certain things -- and these folks fail.

When I answered, a female came on the line and asked for me.

I proceeded, as I always to, to notify her to put us on "all" do not call lists. (This is necessary because multiple entities may be involved in the call, and each entity may have a separate do not call list.) I also requested a copy of their do not call guidelines.

As I was making these requests, she hung up.

No matter. The company is now responsible for compliance, and in my state, there are additional requirements they failed to fulfill.

So, I will track them down and file suit. When I have details on who they are, who their registered agent is, and so forth, I will come back and post that information so that you can sue them, too. I generally collect about $1,000 per call.

I don't know if this will help in locating the company, but I have received three calls from them and my call ID gives the location of the number called from as being in Lakehurst,NJ.I do not answer calls from name unknown's,or cities.I figure if they can't put their company's in the caller ID then they can't be legit.If yo do find more info on this company I would appreciate you passing it along.I would be glad to sue them,also.

3 calls in 3 days..left no messages

I get at least 3-4 calls a day and I'm on the Do Not Call Registry

I too received a call  around dinner time.  The woman asked if anyone had diabetes. My partner passed the phone.  I asked to be removed from the list.  She insisted that I had Diabetes.   She continued her script and I asked her to remove me from the list.  I stated I would neither confirm nor deny  any information.  She then said I had it and called me a LIAR!!!!  She then hung up on me!

can u let me know how i can find out who and what to  do about this?  thanks!

So you file each time they call you?  I have never answered when this number comes up on my cell phone.  They call me 5 to 6 times per day.  It drives me crazy.

Our company has received at least a dozen calls from this number that shows on the ID as Diabetes Survey and another number 661-208-3140 also listed as Diabetes Survey. No one is on the line when I answer and each time it has hung up. I have called both of these numbers back and listened to the recorded message and hit the opt out or the do not call back option each time. So far, that has not worked and we continue to receive these calls with no apparent way out.

I just received a call and all they did was gigle
