I got a call left on my work voice mail from this person.  Claimed to be a police officer from the United States Crimes Bureau.  Told me to call back at x324 for an important legal matter and that I better not try to ignore his phone call or there would be consequences.  He speaks in an Indian accent.  This is the second time they have called.

Ok Tom! You are full of crap because this is a HUGE scam! These LOSERS call all the time saying that they are going to file charges and have you arrested and what not. Ok, try it. You can not be put in jail for debt. There is NO debtors jail or half the country would be there. All these low life pieces of crap are trying to do is EXTORT money. Obviously they can not get a real job and have to harrass innocent Americans. Go f*** a goat you pieces of crap. Better yet, go play in traffic and hopefully you get hit by a bus.

Seriously though, DO NOT give them any info or verify ANYTHING with them. Let them know you are reporting them to the FTC, FCC, BBB and the Attorney General's Office and the FBI Cyber Crimes Division. I have already done so because they have been calling for six months now. Different company names and numbers, but all the same scam. They stole your info. Report it to the credit bureaus as well.  They use a voice over internet phone so they can put whatever number they want in.

Do not beleive these losers! Do not pay them a dime!

They have called for months now from numerous numbers. At first when they called me it really scared me and freaked me out. I really thought they were legit. They had all of my information including my SSN, DL # and they even knew I had kids. I had just gotten my tax return back and was really going to pay them the $1200 they said I owed. They wanted me to write a letter apologizing for not paying the money back and that I wanted an Out of Court Restitution and that my credit history had never been hampered before and a copy of my DL front and back, and to also authorize them to debit my credit card. I hate credit cards and told them that I would have to Money Gram or Western Union a payment and he said that they don't do that and that I needed to get an international prepaid card. I said ok, and that I would go later that day and do it. He said I only had a half hour before I would be arrested. I hung up in tears and went and collected my thoughts and the more I got to thinking about it the more red flags popped up. So I called them back and started asking more and more questions. I asked who the prosecuting attorney was and they said Chris Smith. I asked for the company name of the loan I supposedly defaulted on and he couldn't tell me anything but Cash.Net. I asked why I needed an international prepaid card if this was something that happened locally. The more questions I asked, the more mad he got. I finally hung up on him and called a friend who is an attorney and he said that I needed to report it. I called Cash.Net and they sent me to their fraud department and they confirmed that I did NOT owe any money to them and these people had hacked into their database and stole information on people who had applied for a loan in the past. She filed a claim for fraud and I also called the FBI Cyber Crime Division and the Department of Homeland Security and they both knew exactly what I was talking about.

So if you receive any call from these people, tell them you know they are a scam and that you are reporting them.

****Make sure you alert the 3 credit bureaus as well****  They have your SSN and will use it.

Another couple of names they go by are Crime Center of America and Legal Affidavit Processing Center

Here is another number they use  (650)239-4649

Names are Andy Young, Officer Rick Henderson, Chris Smith and Tom Davis.

Please Please Please DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!

I have been called by these morons on more than one occassion. I have no idea how they could possibly think that anyone in America would fall for this crap but there must be someone somewhere? The first time I heard from these idiots was a message left on my cell. That time they were with the American Police Department. I saved the message for quite a while to play it back and entertain friends. Recently I was called by Officer "Dumb [***] Goat F***er" asking if I was aware that there was a law suit against my name and social. OMG...I played for a while but couldn't resist to tell him what ignorant f***er he really was. When he transferred me to the "case officer", I hung up and WTF...he called back. I spewed all the nasty words I could at him and hung up. He didn't call back again.

I had the same thing happen to me just the other day. I did freak out and they unfortunately got their money. The funny thing is, I got a lawyer who asked to call back and ask for a certified letter with all the details of the original transaction. They refused to do it. It was nothing but an agreement, threatening my job, the FBI was after me and so on.
The lawyer I spoke with stated that in these matters it’s a civil suit and just their threaten aspect was completely a joke.  Best thing was to change my ph#.

So, I cancelled my credit card, need to get a new bank account, report fraud to the authorities and the credit reporting agencies and they got $600.00!

    Lessoned learned!

I got a phone call first on my cell phone and they left a message for me to call. Since I did not recognize the phone number: 305-728-8661 I did not returned the call but check for it on the internet and I found out that it was a scam. They finally got a hold of me at my work number. The person who called was Mike Jones and he turned me over to Sergent James White. They said they were filing criminal charges against me and my social security because I had failed to pay an cash advance with Money Cash Advance. They have all my information from the internet. I told them I was not going to pay because I did not borrow money from the company names. They said the company operates under some 5000 names. When I say I wasn't going to pay because I did not owed it. They asked me to forward to my supervisor at work which I refused to do several time and I finally hung up. They call back five times and I did not answer the phone all five times.

Got the same kind of call at my work. since I work on a Government installation, the number came up. Sgt. Jack Anderson, who he said he was, will shortly be addressed by CID. Think they will call no more. So far I am the toilet scrubber and when asked to Suck (OMG) went to military police, transferred. Can't block a number to the Gov't. Goodbye Sgt. Anderson with the heavy accent.
Really? Where do they they get these names? A&E?

You are morons. Go dig ditches in India rather than harass people thousands of miles away. Trying to make easy rather than work for it. And by the way it would be a lot more convincing if you spoke and wrote proper English. If you make some money from your scams I suggest you take some lessons.
