I received a call from this number, when I called it back and they said, "Ross Klien" I said, "who" and she repeated, 'Ross Klien", I asked, "Is this a business?", and she stated that I had reached the fraud dept and I must be on their list and asked for my number, when I gave it to her she asked for someone who did not live here (who I get a lot of calls about). I told her that person does not live here and stop calling here or I will file a complaint. She then started calling me names like [***] and I said nice language. I then asked to speak with her supervisor and she hung up on me. So what a reputable reputation Ross Klein Capital Management must have. Clearly, they are not dignified by any means and no-one should take them seriously.

I recieved a phone call from them too!!! And there saying they are investigating my taxes and verifying where I work and that something was in litigation they even left me a case number Ross Kline Capital can Kiss my ass!!!!

This company has been calling me for some time now. I returned their call to get the lowdown on the account they have on file for me and I got a bunch of red flags.

1. They are trying to collect on an account that I have paid off over a year ago.
2. They refuse to send anything through the mail.
3. They hint at some unspecified "legal action"
4. They asked for the old account's credit card number.

The biggest flag is that they constantly refuse to send anything through the US postal service. This is because if they do and it is a scam, they are open to charges of mail fraud. When I paid off the debt Ross Klein is now trying to collect I got confirmation of the debt in the mail, and my reciept of having paid it off in the mail.

If this, or any, company is refusing to use the US postal service BE WARY. There is no legitimate reason for them not to.
