This is International Drug Mart trying to sell Viagra.  They are spoofing their number, but their real number is 866-419-7475.  These calls are clearly in violation of  "The Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991", and the perpetrators can be sued for $500 for EACH violation.  Violations include calling numbers on the DNC list, calling a number after being requested not to call, calling mobile phones without owners consent, recorded robo-calls, calls before 8AM or after 9PM, spoofing or blocking caller ID information, and failure to provide a copy of the companies 'Do not call policy' upon request.   Here is a link to get started suing telemarketers:

I have received 3 calls from this number in 4 days, on my DNC listed landline (3 violations),all using the spoofed caller ID (another 3 violations), at $500 per violation could result in a judgement of $3,000!
