did not answer the call and they did not leave a message

Received a call from this number. The message was a man's sinister laugh then he hung up

Comes across as Goodwin Group. Caller claims to be my satellite provider, wanted me to give info on my satellite. I said, "No," and hung up. My satellite provider has never called me for anything before. Think this is a scam. Beware.

Got a call from this number said goodwin group on caller ID. This is like the 12th time they have called.  This time I answered.  All was said I said hello...  The asked my name... And they hung up...   Then I called the number back said it was from time Warner and mailbox was full said it in English and Spanish.
Worried that they might take something from me cuz of the call.  Anyone have any idea who this is???

I'm sorry that we did not answer the call when you called back and that our agent did not hear you when they called.  We strive for excellent customer satisfaction.  Please feel free to check us out at www.tgghub.com.  As for the voicemail we do use time warner cable for our business telephone service.  It is odd that you got that message and not our own voicemail.  Thank you for that information.  We have two other business' in the same office and we understand that the caller id and lines have been mixed. We have a call into them now to fix it.

"We strive for excellent customer satisfaction".. Really. Poor communication by staff, multiple calls, mixed up phone lines. Having to check your own number on an unknown , unwanted ,scam and nuisance call forum seems to me that a major overhaul in you company practices is required if you wish to retain any credibility.

Have received several daily calls from this number, caller ID says "Veterans Financial." If I answer they hang up. Now I just pick up then immediately hang up. Not cool when working odd hours and trying to rest. If it is actually Dish or ADT, these actions will ensure Inever deal with either company.

I received a call from them yesterday and I told them that I was not interested.  They just called again and I didn't answer.  There was a lot of call center chatter in the background but left no msg.  If I told them I was not interested they should not keep calling back.  Also, I am on the do not call list so I will be reporting this.

Well if you are not a Scam then you are a bunch of morons that can understand English that I DON'T HAVE ANY INTEREST IN YOUR DAMN VETERANS OR SATELLITE SCAM. And still you call.
