Claims to be able to lower interest rate on credit cards.  Wants you to read off the credit card number and expiration date.  SCAM!

Received a call from 740-710-3105 and looked it up, others noted that this is a scam. The operator on the voicemail did not identify themselves.

Left a voice mail. And when I called back said it could not be completed as dialed.

Uses an auto-dialer to call my cell that is on the Do Not Call Registry.  Offering lower interest on a credit card that I do not have and never had.  Argued with me that the call was legal.  I told him maybe it is legal in India but not in the United States.

Friend asked if they could tell us his name and they called him a [***] sucker

Says calling about my credit card doesn't say which one and that nothing is wrong with my account. I hung up it is a scam to get you to give them your information so they can use your card for whatever reason. Do not give them any information or call the number back. In my opinion this is a BIG SCAM

(740) 710-3105 11/30/2015 4:26PM call came from Jackson, OH Consumer Services, Automated Call wants you to press 1 for an operator and get a low rate credit card. Telemarketing scam call just hang up. I am on the do not call list, lot of good that does.

I'm in southern California and just received a call from this number on my cell phone. I read the comments here as I let it continue to ring. Caller did not leave a message. Thanks, everyone, for taking the time to report nuisance calls such as this!

Received two calls from this number, did not leave message. I have a Boston area number.

This number keeps coming up on my cell phone.  I don't answer it and they don't leave a message so I gave no idea why they'really calling

They just called my cell phone (Do not call #). I did not answer, no message left. PA (Outside Philly).

Just called me as well. I had poor reception and couldn't clearly make out who was calling or what they wanted. I asked them to call back and I was hung up on. They called back with an offer for a lower interest rate on a card I've never owned. SCAMMER!
