Just picked up its Citibank. I owe debt.
After giving information and secuirity questions, I was worried if they were SCAMMERS???
Who calls from 740 area code and ask for information and ask if I can pay some money? I didn't have money for them but sure did have some answers to their questions. I would think they call from 800 or 888

Just called Citibank. They woman said it was a valid call from the collections department.

just kiddin' . its a collections outfit, and from other users posts, not just citicards, like in my case, but other financial institutions use this company as well. modern day leg breakers!!
