I got a cal from this numbr. His name is yadav. Saying that he is an inspector anc thr is a non bailable warrent on me.

Says he is calling from parliament house new delhi and wants to meet

I am getting call from 7503010950 number and his name is Yadav. He is very abusing guy and mentioned he is Inspector in CID Delhi. I have some default with UAE Banks and he is telling I have case against me and he will arrest me. Any body have any idea who is this guy?? I planning to file a case against him in local police station for herresing me.

Put the case against him. Even if you are defaulter in UAE,
you are an INDIAN and in INDIA. India is not a weak nation that will let her own people been harassed on their own land by  guys who loots own people for foreign countries. UAE laws don't apply here. If they want, they can come thorugh proper channel and sadakchaap goons are not a channel at all.
If you file a case of harassment, it will be in your favor as you are a victim here. Talk to lawyer and file a case in police station with lawyer with you to file proper criminal acts.
BEWARE, if you will fear him, he will pressurize you more.
