One of their frequent illegal calls to innocent people!
These vultures often attempt to collect debt which no longer
has to be payed, and they add exorbitant interest and fees.

Vultures like these buy zombie debt or phantom debt
for pennies and then try collect it at all costs.
Harassment and fraud not excluded,  Harassing
a random person, not a problem for the vultures.

Check the case of George Lovelock, who missed
a payment of only 11 cents, and collectors aggressively
tried to collect more than $4,000 from him.

Keeps calling 3times a day. Why?

Calls 3x's a day. Come to find out: the debt DOESNT belong to my husband or I. They have our name, but we don't or ever had a bank account/ credit card with the company they say the debt is owed to. Yet, we cannot make the calls stop.

Asking for my Husband and gave 4 last digits of ss# which were wrong.

Says Ft Lauderdale on the ID caller. The azzholes keep calling me for my married daughter who hasn't lived in my home for the 8 past years since she got married. I also know she doesn't owe anyone, she isn't overdue or past due on any loans or credit cards. They are harassing me by calling about a debt she satisfied 5 yrs ago. I just don't answer or even bother mentioning it to my daughter. No need to upset her over a bunch of slime bags trying to extort money from people who might pay just to get them off their backs and stop the harrassing---the fastest growing industry. Run by slime.

Isn't trying to collect money from people who don't owe it stealing, a crime?
