called and rambled something about a file and moving forward with something I have no clue what!
Like a law suit or somethiing unless I call back and I called back and got nothing.

Debt collector or other scam to get you to call them. Something about a file coming across her desk of important nature.

I have had this number call my cell phone and my work phone.  They never identify themselves or the company they work for.  They leave voicemails of a vague nature (like the others have posted).  I have learned to ignore them.

Calls started 2-28-12 they call two to three times a day leave one message each day about paperwork pending will take action if they do not hear from you. I call blocked my number answering machine. I look up the number it is in Chesapeake, Va 23322 area. I know this is a scam the government needs to follow through and get this number block off so the calls will stop. No name is given by the callers David Wells is one then there is a woman. They are harassing people there are laws for companies like these.

They called today 04/02/2012 and left a message on my VM. Identified herself as Ms. Smith and that she was in charge of reviewing my documents and noticed my statement was not included and "strongly encouraged" for me to contact them to give my statement. Never identified the company, and never asked for me by name. I have had no recent past collections, however the state of VA has been trying to get back taxes from me since 2002, which I refuse to pay. This could possibly be linked to that through some collection agency. Not certain however.

I keep getting this calls, they say the same as others have posted, I have no idea what it is about, and wish they'd stop harrasing me.

Called for my son could not even pronounce his first name. Said he was from CKS but would not give me any information.
