Did not answer do to not knowing the number! They did not leave a message, I called the number back the next day and found out it was a Market research number!! They should not be allowed to call people send it to me via post office if you want any chance of me responing!! These calls are rediculous!!

They are calling my cell phone. Anyone know how to stop this?

Just got a call from them at 7:30, no idea who it was so ignored it.  Aren't they suppose to stop calling at a certain time? annoying.

This number also called my cell.  I do not want marketers calling.

Got a call to my cell phone from this number.  They said they were from fifth third bank and were conducting a survey.  Told them I wasn't interested in answering their questions and hung up.

This number calls my cellphone every day. I don't even answer---getting real tired of it:(

This is Fifth Third Bank conducting a survey of your experience after you made any transaction (deposit, withdrawal, payment, etc.) at the bank.  Same survey idea that you get from car dealers etc.

Yes-Steve you are right.  I used to work for the bank.  They call you to rate your experience at the branch.  It helps a lot if you answer the survey.  There are only about 6 or so questions.

This is a reputable survey company used by banks and other businesses to gauge customer service.  You are all most likely Fifth-Third Bank customers.  Should you not wish to receive these calls, call your bank.  If not, pick up and find out who is reporting your number.  Be sure not to "give out" your name (verify, they already have our name) or any other personal information until you know who is calling and for what!  Protect your identity!  Remember, they are gettin your info from other businesses.  Find out where they got your number!

received a call from this number.  Read the other posts.  I am not a customer and have not been one for over 6  years.  Phone number on the do not call list also.  Reporting to the FTC for violating the do not call list.

Got a call from this number.  Told them they called a phone found at a crime scene.  You should try it sometime.  Gets rid of the calls real quick.

Well, whoever the lady was that just called from this number just got an earful about proper old fashion etiquette of never calling a private home after 6:00 pm!  I was already in bed asleep at 8:00pm!  Now, I am so pissed from this rudeness I can not get back to sleep! The indecency of invading ones right of privacy and right of quiet at such an unimaginably late hour is discriminatory.And, makes me question whether I wish to continue to be 5/3's customer if they can not respect my rights of having peace and quiet in my own home!  5/3 better step up to the plate and nip this in the bud immediately  if they wish to continue having me, my family, and our business as their customers.  I was raised that these kind of calls are highly uncalled for and that I do not have to stand for them happening!

An unimagineably late hour?  Ok lady this is 2010.. not 1910.. So unless you're a farmer that has to wake up to feed the cows at the crack of down it is UNIMAGINEABLE that anyone would define 6 or 8 as an extremely late hour..

And yes .. this number is 5/3 bank and yes.. sometimes businesses conduct customer surveys so that they can do a better job at serving you.. and yes.. sometimes places that you conduct business with call you.. How about instead of complaining on a blog you pick up your damn phone that is annoying you oh-so-badly and tell 5/3 about it.. Geez Louise..
