i just answer and then immediately hang up it's so much fun

When I try to call the number back it tells me the number is not in service.

This number belongs to Cox Communications credit bureau in Virginia so don't even bother answering the call is far better advice.

I have my home phone with Cox. For a year now..I don't have voice mail, the ringer has been off for one year...I had the ringer on yesterday morning and wondered who it was...it was this #.  I have NEVER given this number to a single soul..

Called did not leave a message.  I returned the call and said the "subscriber is no longer in the area".

I live in Richmond & don't even deal with Cox for any reason!
No message left.  They have no business with me, nor I with them. I can't imagine *why* they'd call!
I have verizon for tv, internet & phone!  Lived in Richmond ALL my life & they don't operate up here.

I don't who this number is that is calling me but i really don't like that fact that this number call me an i can't even get any body on the phone. will who ever it may be please stop calling me if i am not able to call you back

Dont knw who in the world calld me from this # but its strange. When i call back it says "call ended" on my phone screen. Im sick and tired of these scamming people calling me for no reason at all.
