These are scammers,They have about 5 different numbers they call from.

Have received many calls from these people, Amber Knight, David Wells, Adam Grigsley, message gets more aggressive everytime, my file on their desk,need my input, current situition, my statement, forced to make a decision, etc. I did return one of their calls to try and find out what it was about, they wanted all my information before telling me anything. Told them to stop calling, just changed phone #'s and started again.

David Wells keeps calling my cell phone claiming my file has come across his desk.  I've had this number for 13 years...so, obviously, he really doesn't have my number on file...

Was recieving a call a day on my cell phone from this number from "Jamel", about my file on his desk. Then I found out they have also been calling my adult daughter's home phone also! Yesterday the caller changed to "David Wells" and the message has become that they need to verify my address to deliver "a legally required notification", and again if I don't answer my cell they call my daughter's house immediately!

I get msgs from David Wells saying they need me to return the call to verify my address to deliver "a legally required notification."  No company name is given. My guess is a bill collector or scam but I'm not calling them back or giving them any info.

I've gotten several calls from David or Adam Wells delivering legal documents, but they need my address.  They are in Virginia and use several phone numbers.  I have no debt and haven't had in many years.  I want to start harassing them.

Yes I have been receiving these calls for about the last 48 hours about needing my address to deliver some legal documents.

Debt collector trying to use scare tactics. Keep track of when they call and save any threatening or harassing messages.  They break several federal laws proctecting consumers in their attempts to collect on old zombie debts (yes that is a real term)

I  have been called several times also by the people of this number, please just don't leave the comment, tell us what you have done to stop these people from calling us. I wonder if these companies who are charging from $60 dollars and up to make these people stop, if they are part of these scam so we can call them and pay them this amounts of money. What can I do to stop them? Their threats are not only to send legal papers home but to send the papers to my work place. Good thing is I got laid-off. I will keep trying to get rid of their calls, meanwhile share what you know to speed this process. Thank you for whoever out there has some concern.

I called them back today, after ELEVEN months of calling.  And they were calling for a person that doesn't live here.  A woman named Michelle answered saying simply "hello, this is Michelle".  I asked for David Wells.  Put me on hold for a mere two seconds.  Came back and said he was unavailable.  I asked what company it was.  She said "well, we have many companies here".  She said in looking at the phone I was calling from, that the call was intended for a David Burke.  No one that lives here, and no one I know.  I said they don't live here.  She said.....very nasty and aggressively "well, than this is obviously a wrong number".  I told her never to call me again or I would call authorities.  This had gone on long enough (3x each day for almost a year).  Again, more nastily said "Maam.....maam..........I SAID it is a wrong number".  I told her to get me off of David Wells automated calls, and Amber Knights automated calls (to let her know I KNOW it's a scam), and to never call me again or the authorities would be called.  She began to yell at me, but I hung up on her.  SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!  They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and imprisoned for this racket.  It never ends!!!!!!!!!  Authorities TAKE NOTE!

I considered changing my phone number too, but so many people have it.  Saw you did that, and it did not good, so that is good to know.  I won't bother.  These people should be in prison.

Those people are trying to intimidate people. I suggest reporting them then blocking them.

I too have received calls from these lovely people that will not give you any information.  Please note that by law, they have to give you the company information upon your request.  I too have been told that they are going to serve me at my job, but that has yet to happen.  They are low on the totem pole collectors that are buying debts for pennys and will do anything to regain that money back and try to make a profit.  However, when they won't tell you anything about who they are and what the debt is about, I'm surely NOT going to give them any of my information.  

I have an app on my cell Call Control.  It was worth paying the price for the app as it has unlimited amount of numbers I can block.  When a call comes in that is blocked, the phone simply picks up the call and hangs up on them, not even giving them the option to leave a message.

I have been receiving these calls for months. Make sure everyone here reports them to the FTC, and for violating the Do Not Call Registry here: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. Hopefully if a bunch of us file complaints for the same phone number, it'll get some attention from the FTC and these calls will stop! I talked to a nasty person there today who wouldn't tell me what the company did for reasons of "Confidentiality". Right. He also told me I was lying about my phone number and that they haven't been calling me at all (I have 27 voicemails to prove the opposite). I told him they were a scam, and I'd reported them to the FTC. He laughed at me and told me I had a bad attitude. I told him I hope he and his company get sued for harassing and deceiving people. By the way, if anyone here has Verizon, they do let you block up to 5 numbers at a time for free (you can do it on the website). Hope this helps!

Than you start calling them and bugging them, try to find more information about their business, location and file case against them.

Hey david wells and amber knight go [***] yourself!

I received so many calls from this number that I finally enrolled in call control pro.  It works from iPhone or Android and it was completely free to download and for the pro service, which allows you to block all the numbers you want, it was a one time fee of $7.99.  Well worth the money if you ask me.  These so called zombie collectors are all about intimidation!  I felt it was time to turn the table.

but caller id was 757-296-0106~ but said she was Glenda Knight ~ but  didnt give any company information~ i monitor calls on caller id and if i dont recognize  i dont answer i have recorder  on my phone if it's important i will recognize it from their message and this is definately not one~ a real legit company will tell u who they are and make it clear where u can understand~
I dont owe anyone anything and never have~ have received calls for another guy for about 2 years now~ and have answered it couple times ~ told them he is not at this # and they get aggressive telling me i am lying~ and keep calling~ so now if i answer i answer FTC agent jack here~ they usually hang up~ heehheheheh just as well have some good fun outta it

Caller, unidentified, stated needed address to send legal papers.  Have no idea who these people are

If you ever get a call from this scavengers debt collectors DO NOT give any personal information, do not agree you owe any debt, and if you owe any debt before anything hire an attorney at law and verify the statues of limitation for your state. You may not have to pay any debt you owe after the statues of limitation expires. They do not have an answering machine for messages they are calling from Hickory Virginia a very small community, do not be threaten from these pigs witch they  only want your hard earned money, any scammer can have easy access to your phone number name and address. Report them to the consumer protection agency or your local sheriffs office.
